Ive been lucky enough to stay in five star hotels around the world. This hotel was absolutely the best i have stayed in. The ambiance and style of the hotel were lovely. The salt water pool was the first I've experienced and I loved it. The water was perfectly clean, warm and the high salt content means you float without effort. We were half board, breakfast had a wide selection of continental breakfast options plus a selection of cooked to order meals. The evening meal was four courses, well presented and tasty. We were there 14 nights and it was great the meals didnt repeat. But more than anything the attentiveness and service offered by the team were exceptional. This is a small boutique hotel and so there was always a really good ratio of staff to guests. I can't thank them enough for they way they looked after us. We were so sad to leave and will be returning next year.

Lovely hotel nice welcome But not happy with the fact a decision had to be made for dinner and asked to choose from the menu there and then !!, My husband organised wine and chocolates flowers in the room .. But was only greeted with a bottle of wine ! The pool was too hot to swim in ?..?. For evening Dinner took my bottle of wine with me and was refused to take it to my dinner table was so angry ! The waiter said oh the manager should have told you but I said there was nothing in writing in the room !,, Loungers at the beach front were not that clean and anyone off the beach could use them no staff came to the beach loungers so no service was available there So unfortunately will not be returning which is a shame as we have a property close by the hotel could have been a regular customer ....

Dear Madam, We thank you for taking the time to write the comment, however, I believe there was some misunderstanding concerning the case. We do got the call from somebody with the request how much it costs chocolate and flowers in the room, but after indicating the charge there was no follow-ups or any agreements. As for the drinks in the restaurant: as a general practice shows- guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks at the restaurants, however, we do make some exceptions if the case is pre-arranged with our restaurant manager and service fees are paid. But that was not the case. Our pool is a seawater pool and it does get warmer in August but we are also proud that it’s the most healthiest pool in the region according to SB (Ministry of Health). And we will definitely take in mind your comments about the beach area to improve our service and to meet the expectations of our clients.

Great hotel, but if you are used to intranational 5 star hotels then this hotel is definitely not there. Very good service and nice staff. Some could speak English, but far from everyone. Breakfast was simple and not good. Dinner at the restaurant is a must, it was absolutely fantastic. We used the hotel's spa for 2 days, it was very good and definitely recommended. The area around the hotel is very poor, there are very few restaurants and the standard is poor. Shops in the area are not worth the visit either, only a lot of fake goods are sold. Great salt water swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and serving from the bar. The hotel is located by the sea with its own loungers on the beach.

Küçük, sevimli bir otel, yemek güzel
Otelde bir gece kaldım. Odaları gayet hoş kokuyor ve ferah. Akşam yemeği çok övüldüğü için paraya kıyıp otelde yedim. Aşçının mahareti belli oluyordu ama pek anlamadığım halde deniz ürünü söyleyince pek tad alamadım. Yemek fiyatı “fine dining”e göre. Havuzda deniz suyu kullanıyorlar ve su gerçekten sıcak oluyor, neredeyse bir kaplıca gibi. Kahvaltıda çeşit çok değil, ama yeterli; otelin ölçeğine uygun bence. Asıl büyük sorun deniz ve muhit. Otel Alanya’ya uzak (yürüme mesafesinde değil) ve Akşam civarda (badigardlarla dolu bir gece klübüne gitmek dışında) yapacak pek bir şey yok. Deniz de girmeseniz de olur denecek cinsten, bulanık ve sıcak. Canım yüzmek isteyince havuzu tercih ettim. Bir tenis kortu büyüklüğünde, sevimli bir bahçesi var. Bir gece yerine iki gece kalsam mı diye düşündüm ama ikinci gün sıkılmaktan çekindiğim için vazgeçtim. Spa, hamam vs kullanmaya zamanım olmadığı için yorum yapamayacağım.

L’hotel est très bien situé, le personnel très aimable, le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel mais pas mauvais non plus. A vrai le seul gros soucis que nous avons eu était notre chambre qui donnait sur une ruelle où les voitures passent sans double vitrage... faut pas avoir le sommeil léger...

It was very relaxing, definitely for couples or a family without kids. Very quiet and boutique, top quality service, great facility, from comfort to Spa, workout area, food quality. Pool area was very clean, salty pool water. However, the pool was little warm for me, I enjoyed swimming on the beach just couple steps from the pool. I have been to many places around the word and I definitely recommend Villa Augusto to people who wants quality quiet place on the Mediterenean. The drive from Antalya airport was one and a half hour. I booked online with rain transfers round trip for 83 Euro, Good service. I will go back. This place definitely for adults.

Du finner ikke et bedre hotel enn Villa Augusto. Fantastisk hyggelig betjening, god mat og en fantastisk hage med oppvarmet sjøvann basseng og idylliske utendørs restaurantområder. Rommet var delikat med fin veranda og utsikt over Hagen og bassengområdet. Eneste minus var at rommet hadde et lite TV med heller dårlig bildekvalitet.

Villa Augusto is a haven of tranquility and style in an otherwise frantic and brash part of Turkey. Yunus and his staff are calmly attentive and helpful. He was particularly of assistance when we had an issue with our hire car and also in recommending sites and excursions. We especially enjoyed the pool (very clean, never busy - in late September anyway- and with long opening hours and supply of towels) and our breakfasts and evening meals. One side of the hotel does suffer from late-on noise (we hesitate to call it music) from a neighbouring 'club' and Villa Augusto deserves that the Turkish authorities clamp down on this antisocial feature of the locality that must be damaging the hearing of a generation of youngsters. Fortunately we were given a room on the opposite side and so we were not disturbed. Apart from this one caveat the hotel is an excellent venue for a relaxing, recharging holiday.

Très beau hôtel , au pied de l’eau ( avec plage privée) beaucoup de goût !!!!! Personnels extraordinaires, présents et toujours avec le sourire......le restaurant est raffiné, avec des soirées barbecues au bords de la plage ( tout simplement sublime ). Les responsables de l’hôtel présents quotidiennement où vous sentaient que leurs préoccupations c’est uniquement votre bien être....... Vraiment excellent hôtel, à recommander sans hésitation ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Avant de finir , un petit clins d’œil au service du soin ( ou se réunit, le raffinement ,le professionnalisme ,le charme des lieux ,la propreté et surtout la gentillesse du personnels)......
