Water heater went out, two days later they tell me they can’t do anything but to move me to another hotel! People walking the streets stay there and they are loud an dirty!

HOTEL FROM HELL
This was a the Hotel from HELL. My sister in law and her husband had to try 4 rooms before they found one that they could stay in. Parts of entry doors missing large chunks allowing below freezing air in. Curtains were unable to close, missing hooks on top. Toilet not attached to floor, wobbly, NO HOT water in any of our rooms, NO TV service. Heater sounded like a bus coming into the room. Maintaince was called, he came and looked at problems then he disappeared, never returned. We never got hot water either. No shower after an 8 hour day of driving for any of us. Blankets were covered with cigarette holes. If we had not been so tired we’d would have gone somewhere else, we were at their mercy! For this hotel to bear the Wyndham name is an embarrassment!

A good night sleep
The staff was kind, our room was clean and comfortable. Our car was parked close by our room. We slept good and went on our way the next day.

Booked on web site, staff had to search for a room. Room given door lock was crappy, first night no heat, had to be placed in another room. The first front receptionist seemed like he didn't know his job,. Next to room given was a bunch of trash in corner.

This place was filthy and in need of many repairs. Electric outlets were hanging from holes in the walls. Bathroom had mold everywhere and the telephone didn’t work. Holes in the carpet and bedspread. Outside commons area was full of trash. Needless to say I checked out immediately.

Friendly but no follow through...
I had called the night before my first check in to get a room early at 12:30am to confirm they had a room available. They said they had 8. What they failed to mention is that they had been closed for 30 minutes when I called and would not be available to check me into a hotel room that night. So I get there at 1:09am to an empty office with three kids and a husband in the car. I had to go across the street to check into a room with a different provider. WHY didn't they tell me on the phone that there was no point to driving the 40 minutes if they were already closed? Also, I asked for extra towels since there were 5 people in the room who needed to shower. I got in the room and there was 1 towel....

ever stayed at the property because when I checked in they sent me to one room that when I got there I had to get the people to move that were in front of the door smoking pot then I see note on the door of the room with a list of things that need to be repaired in the room. so then I go back to front desk they send me to a second room. I get to that room and you can here a man yelling profanity's and that hes going to kill so and so in the room below so obviously time to leave for my safety, went to front desk they said they understood but since then I it has been like pulling teeth to get refunded anything from hotels.com or the hotel. regardless don't put yourself through this by booking here

Just didnt feel safe with the bums around. Areas outsode of Hotel smelled to much like cigarette smoke. Didnt go back to my room after the concert. So cant really say. to much about my stay.

Creepy dump
Weed stench wafted from the room next door and I'm guessing permanent neighbors talked loudly into the night. Creepy knock on the door at about 1 am. as they left for awhile then an alarm went off next door at 3 am while they were gone. I could not wait until the sunrise and I could get the heck out of that creepy dump.

Extend A Suites gives Albuquerque a bad name!
First, check others’ reviews; they generally describe our experience. This is not a case where a few customers had bad luck but you’ll have better luck. We both felt the same: having paid in advance, and a $100.00 deposit upon check-in, had there been no option we would forfeited both the room fee and the deposit to spend the night elsewhere. Our first room - like those described in others’ reviews, but don’t forget the hair on the worn out sheets - had been hastily cleaned if at all (if even cleanable). Beds in the second room we were shown had not even been made. Hotels.com gave us a refund, and we found another place to stay. Three points: 1. We’ve stayed in enough motels and hotels of all calibers to find it hard to place blame on cleaning staff. Something appears fundamentally wrong with this motel, and working conditions are very poor. 2. We’re looking into how to report this motel to the City of Albuquerque. 3. Hotels.com should remove this listing. The reviewer that commented that to experience Breaking Bad, stay here, had it right.

We booked a package with air and hotel through Expedia and paid when we booked. Our room wasn't as promised when we checked in, then they said we owed an additional $197 on checkout.

The bathroom door was falling apart and the light fixture was horrible looking. Something could have been living in it. The tub shower was so decrepid we didn’t take a shower. We got out of there by 6am. We truly were worried about our safety. I even went into the lobby and asked how safe is it here

If you want to live like Breaking Bad, stay here. Otherwise, this property should be removed from Expedia. Room was so bad that I left early. I pre-paid through Expedia so I put up with the conditions for 1 night but then I feared for my health and safety so I left. The manager was not on site so the worker managing the desk said my refund would be processed later by the manager. That was 6 weeks ago. 1. Room reeked of smoke. I booked a non-smoking room. When I checked out and went to another hotel, my clothes in my suitcase reeked of smoke. That's how strong it was. I have asthma and it was not good for me to breathe all of that. 2. Stains, torn up carpet, dirty towels & broken furniture. Possibly dried blood on the walls from drug users. 3. Plastic bag over the smoke detector was scary. 4. After 1 night, I was debating my sanity in staying there and read a lot of reviews and was horrified. Just then, someone was screaming outside my room, got in a fight, and was shoved against my room. I waited for some time to pass and got out of there for my own safety. 5. Front office was closed and locked because staff were in a neighboring room messing around. Unprofessional. 6. People staying (living?) there seemed very questionable. Loitering around and stare at you so I tried to park my car away from them. 7. Was worried cleaning staff would steal my electronics so I would lock them in my suitcase and take it with me but no worries there as there were never any cleaning staff.

The only unique thing about this property is that it is directly across from 2 really good restaurants. The place needs a major upgrade.
