Favolosa
Struttura davvero accogliente dotata di tutti i confort ...permette di rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità del posto essendo comunque vicinissima al paese e agli svincoli autostradali ..proprietario disponibilissimo e attento nel garantire tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno...vorresti non partire più e lo fai sperando di poterci tornare... OTTIMA.

Lovely location - Nice Villa
All in all a lovely villa with full kitchen equipment. Lovely outdoor barbeque area to the side and the pool is really nice and warm! Lovely! A few extra touches could make this perfect. Outdoor furniture could be better quality and made more comfortable with cushions. Perhaps more sofa/seating inside the lounge area instead of a large dining table, as the sofa could not comfortably seat more than two adults. I know you do not spend much time inside on holiday and in such lovely weather but we were unable to watch a couple of movies late at night all together as a family of 4. Perhaps proper wine glasses and large tumblers could also be provided for us foreigners that like drinking from the appropriate type of glass. Also perhaps plastic tumblers could be provided for those who visit with young children. However this is a lovely property, Fabrizio was warm, friendly and helpful. Nice peaceful location and felt secure. Would recommend.

Had a great time
Very pleasant and restful stay. Had a great intro and was provided bottles of cold water and a nice welcome bottle of wine. My kids loved the private pool and BBQ. All amenities made our stay comfortable esp after our day trips to the Monreale Cathedral and Sagesta Temple and theatre. Highly recommended because of the great hospitality from Fabrizio. Grazie.

Great villa, very good location
Spacious, well equipped and clean villa. Close to supermarkets and lovely beaches. Fantastic place for a holiday with friends and children. Plenty of space to run around for youngsters. The pool is also nice , with sun beds and sitting area in the shade if you get too hot. Outdoor bbq area is a good place to spend evenings, while preparing some food. Beach towels and spare bath towels provided. Also a washing machine is a great add on. Fabrizio is a great host, who provided a welcome pack for us as we landed very late, so we would not need to worry about breakfast on our first day of holiday. He also put a cot in our bedroom , which my little one loved to sleep in. Would highly recommend the villa , Cefalù is a must see, Alcamo , Erice and Palermo also Castellammare del Golfo. 900 Cafe in Alcamo is a great place for lunch or breakfast. Thank you Fabrizio for being so kind to suggest a late check before our evening flight. We will be back when ever in Sicily.

Beautiful idyllic gem in Alcamo
Property is fantastic. Lots of amenities provided such as soaps, detergents, toilet paper, towels, linen, cooking spices, oils etc. Location was not center of Alcamo but accessible by car. Getting there was tricky but Fabrizio was available by to direct us. Recommend to enter GPS coordinates in your google maps or GPS. Fabrizio and his lovely wife were there to meet us at the property and we found a lovely arrival pack of wine, pasta, pesto & soft drink. Lovely & welcoming gesture. The house is spacious, lovely and very clean. 2 toilets came in handy for 6 people. Only 1 bathroom but there’s an outdoor shower which we used and very handy. Swimming pool is fabulous as are the outdoor bbq area and sun chairs. Wifi works best in main living area and only suggestion for Fabrizio would be a larger couch to accomodate 6 or more guests. The addition of another couch/sofa would be ideal. Would definitely return again.

Fantastic villa in a great location
Would recommend this property. Swimming pool was perfect for kids and grown ups to splash about in and cool down in the hot weather. Villa was very well furnished and equipped with two lovely outdoor eating areas. Air conditioning, especially in the bedroom was great. Fabrizio and Oksana were helpful, friendly and welcoming. There is lots to do in the area if you have a car. Lovely beaches a short drive away and lots of interesting places to visit. Highlights included Erice, Segesta, Tonnara di Scopello and dinner at the Castellammare del Golfo harbour.

Schönes Ferienhaus & große Gastfreundlichkeit
Diese Oase in Alcamo ist wunderbar gelegen für Unternehmungen im Westen Siziliens (Palermo, Segesta, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Selinunt etc. ) Das Haus und Grundstück lädt zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein: Ein ausreichender Pool, eine gepflegte Gartenanlage und zwei Terrassen, davon eine hergerichtet für herrliche Grillabende im Schatten. Das Haus ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und besitzt eine Klimaanlage, die ihren Zweck erfüllt und dabei nicht so laut ist. Fabrizio ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Nie zuvor haben wir einen Gastgeber erlebt, der so rücksichtsvoll und schnell reagiert und sich vollends dem Wohlfühlen seiner Gäste verpflichtet sieht. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gern weiter.

Excellent holiday villa with great hospitality
The owner shows excellent hospitality. Is always reacting very fast to your needs, also during the booking process. Excellent in English language. The villa itself is great, better than the pictures can show you. Very nice pool and garden, with superb area's to enjoy the shade when the sun gets too hot. Thank you Fabrizio!

Clean and comfortable villa, great hospitality by owner
We stayed in this villa in mid April for 1 week, and had a great time. The villa is very neat, and has anything you need, it's fully equipped. Beds are comfortable, as well the shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the swimmingpool a lot. The area is close to some nice villages, like Castellemarre del Golfo and Scopello, both with some nice restaurants. You do need a car by the way, the villa is a bit remote, but with a car you reach these places in 5-15 minutes. Also Palermo, the cathedral at Monreal (8km from Palermo), Selinunte are perfect daytrips. Hope to come here once again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge
Wir "Familie mit zwei Kindern" waren im Oktober 2018 für 1 Woche die Gäste von Fabrizio und Oksana. Schon die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich, Fabrizio und Oksana haben uns alles gezeigt und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Zudem haben wir wertvolle Tipps von Ihnen für die Region erhalten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in der schönen Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, wirklich eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung "mit dem Auto 5 Minuten" gibt es mehrere Supermärkte "Eurospin, Conad usw." bei welchen täglich alles was das Herz begehrt eingekauft werden konnte. Zudem so finden wir liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen. Innerhalb von maximal 50 Minuten lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Nordwesten von Sizilien erkunden, für uns war es perfekt. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal bei Fabrizio und Oksana für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Ferienwohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. LG und bis hoffentlich bald einmal wieder. maison moderne , très pratique. Tout est fourni : draps , serviettes , serviettes de plage et tout le nécessaire de cuisine et menage ( lessive , produits vaisselle ...) parfait quand vous voyagez en avion . Mais très propre en intérieur et extérieur . Fabrizio et son épouse ont été très accueillants et sont restés très disponibles. La piscine est très pratique ( peu profonde sur 3-4 m avec banc à l'entrée idéale pour les enfants) malgré sa petite taille. Lotissement peu agréable mais maison accessible par les voies rapides à 5 mn de Castellamare, jolie station balneaire qui mérite le détour le soir pour une pizza ou une glace. Merci à nos hôtes pour ce séjour parfait !

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Alcamo. Het huisje was geheel compleet. Rustig en schoon en toch dichtbij alle voorzieningen.De eigenaar was heel voorkomend. Als we hem nodig hadden was hij er direct. Wij zouden er zeker nogmaals naartoe gaan!

Clean, modern comfort with excellent outdoor space.
Rosmarino is a contemporary bungalow which we found to be extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor areas are the real feature with the covered outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area. The pool is only just long enough for those who enjoy a morning swim but perfect for kids (old or young!) to mess around in. The pool patio gets sun all day while the covered patio is the ideal place to enjoy a cooling drink and some essential shade. Fabrizio is a friendly and helpful host who responded quickly when we sought guidance and made us feel welcome.

A lovely well kept clean and spacious villa.
The villa although in a residential area is close to the sea and town. The bedrooms and bathroom are very clean and spacious with an additional outside shower which is very useful. All the cooking and dining facilities are supplied with good appliances. The outside living area and pool is well kept with a lovely view of the mountains behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa.
