We can assure you that although our vast outdoor areas do not show the high occupancy of the hotel, our occupancy was in fact quite high at the time and there was no availability of the typology reserved for a late check out. At our hotel, we make it a point to facilitate late check-outs whenever available.We can assure you that the situations mentioned do not correspond with our best standards and quality standards, so the due diligence was immediately put in place to analyze and correct if necessary.Please allow us to add that we are committed to the continuous improvement of our services, therefore all comments made by our guests are welcomed as proposals for continuous improvement and we will do our best to ensure that they will not be a cause for displeasure.Best regards José Ferreira
