La struttura dispone di due complessi, uno l'hotel l'altro gli appartamenti. Noi abbiamo scelto il secondo per comodità. Unica nota negativa la reception un po' fredda rispetto alla media portoghese. Appartamento per due molto grande con vista piscina, ottimo il ricambio asciugamani giornaliero. Tutti i servizi oltre il wifi (ad esempio teli mare), vanno pagati. Non so dire nulla della cucina (molto attrezzata) perché praticamente ne abbiamo usato solo il frigorifero. Consigliatissimo

We stayed at 7 places during our Portugal trip - this was the least pleasant. Internet did not work, the apartment was not clean; nightmare parking. This area is very crowded - seems like an area for groups of young people looking to party. The hotel staff did there best though and we generally helpful for what they could control.

Wir haben via Hotels.com gebucht, Buchung zeigt Fotos toller Wohnung, schönem Pool, neuer/super Zimmerstandard, schöne Gebäude, strahlende Fotos – sieht alles perfekt aus!! Allerdings Realität komplett anders, würde eher von Irreführung reden? Wir hatten altes Zimmer, nicht renoviert, unbequeme Betten, völlig überladener Pool – alle Liegen mit Jugendlichen mit Musik besetzt. Überall Jugend-Gruppen, Lärm, Abfall, Partys, etc. Hat überhaupt nichts mit gebuchtem online Hotel und Fotos zu tun. Niemand sagte, dass unser Zimmer/Wohnung nicht im schönen Hauptgebäude/Hotel ist, sondern in den alten Wohnungen mit allen Jugendlichen. Kollegen mit Kindern mussten Zimmer wechseln wegen non-stop Lärm. Scheint, als buchen Kids Wohnungen und belegen diese mit 4-6 Personen für Party? Toiletten am Pool entsprechend stinkig/unsauber – wenig familienfreundlich die Wohnungen (Hotel ganz anders!). Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt/Buchung, wenn wir mit online Hotel Fotos vergleichen auf Hotel.com. Achtung bei Buchung nur Hotelgebäude ist schön, aber wir gehen dort nie mehr hin! Fühlen uns komplett übers Ohr gehauen!

Was really worried about staying here as there was lots of bad reviews. Check in no problem. €30 deposit for keys. Accommodation was big. Aircon didn’t work. 2 balcony’s overlooking the pool. Cleaners every day, although they didn’t really clean the floor or kitchen sides. Just be careful there are different pools and if you go as a group you can’t access them all, although we didn’t have a problem.

Had a washing machine and dishwasher, which wasn't advertised. Little bit run down - a little investment could restore easily. Pillows terrible. Didn't like how the front desk wrote down my credit card number AND security code as part of process. Overall was OK.

The apartment that we rented through Expedia had no oven (stove top only), no dishwasher, or no washing machine. We upgraded on site to a unit that had those missing features for extra $20 euros/day.

Terrible Experience
I already called Hotels.com and complained about lisy of Items. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.There was no towel in the bathroom either. The body wash holder was broken. it didn't work. TV service was down. Technician came 3 times and fixed 2 hours later. Pile of dust on the floor in the living room. More to tell you. i called and brought hotel staff 4 time to clean the place. wasnt cleaned after 2 days of our stay. i also had terrible checking experiences with this place. Over all, i would not go back and do not recthis place.

Foi muito boa, é um condomínio muito bem localizado. Ganhei um upgrade para um apartamento de dois quartos com varanda em frente ao mar, vista fantástica. A limpeza é feita pelo próprio hóspede, a cada 3 dias deixam na porta um pacote com toalhas, lençóis, papel higiénico, gel de banho e pano de cozinha. Poderia melhorar as condições das roupas de cama, algumas vem manchada e danificadas. Também os travesseiros estão manchados. A cozinha é bem equipada, mas poderiam fornecer detergente. No geral foi uma excelente estadia, só tenho a agradecer.

Déjà je me suis perdue et l’hôtesse a été super sympa, m’a guidée jusqu’à l’hôtel... puis un plan, des explications, les codes wifi etc... tout très bien préparé et validé oralement... bref tout est parfait. Le super appartement 2 très belles chambres double lit vue sur la piscine et la mer... et un salon cuisine télé. Une propreté remarquable ! La piscine et jardin impeccables. Le lendemain l’autre hôtesse également très sympa. PARFAIT ! Pour 23€!

Good location
I stayed to this property for 11 nights. The check in was ok , we had to wait for a while as no one was there. We were given a big apartment instead of the studio we rent. Amazing upgrade! However, they haven’t told us that! I had to go and ask if they will charge me more for the apartment. The receptionist wasn’t friendly even then so I assume the upgrade was a mistake or a hotel.com bonus? The property has a great location. Close to the beach and sea view from the balcony. Close to a range of shops and restaurants too. Albufeira strip is about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is a bit run down and not very clean. There is dishwasher and washing machine however no detergents at all! The kitchen is fully equipped. I would return here just for the great location.

Good room location and pool
This was a stay booked last minute with a friend. We stayed in a twin room apartment which was more than enough for us. This had bedroom and a separate kitchen area with dining room table, sofa bed and tv. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine microwave fridge and hob. The reception is large enough and check in easy enough with online check in at the reception. The pool is large enough to offer sun bed and maintain distance from others with a bar there also offering drinks and bar snacks. The property is well positioned with a quick walk to the beach the easy way to this is via steps these are fairly steep and a longer route can be used. There are a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket directly opposite and a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Cleaning was infrequent on check in was asked how frequent we wanted cleaning of the room and opted every other day however this did not happen with us having to visit reception to ask for the clean after using the shower it being blocked and overflowing which did take a day to sort as maintenance man did not work late.

Great apartment in great location. However missing a few of the basic items ie. Detergent and towel for washing dishes, and no tea or coffee provided. Also wifi very intermittent and unreliable. But quality of room, balcony, swimming pool and proximity to the beach were excellent.

Really good value, got upgraded without even asking! Staff were really helpful, my only negative is the lack of a do-not-disturb as that apartment was serviced 5 days a week- which is great but unnecessary for me personally.

We asked for 2 apartments close to each other and were given property’s a big distance apart . They did change them though when we pushed it . We ended up with 2 flier properties 4 doors apart which backed into the pool bar area . Perfect for us . Near to the strip and a lovely beach .

Very hit and miss
We stayed in an apartment. My main problem is that you don't know at the time of booking that there is quite a big difference between the standard apartment and a superior one. We had a 2 bedroom standard apartment. It was very spacious but the decor was very dated and the kitchen was falling apart. Our friends were given a free upgrade to a superior apartment so we realised the standard of ours was much lower. They did move us to a superior half way through our stay for a €25 cleaning charge which was much nicer. However, we had a number of requests which fell on deaf ears eg. AC unit in second bedroom never worked and was never fixed in an 11 say stay in this apartment - I asked about it 5 days in a row. No hangers in our wardrobes - I asked for some 3 days in a row and gave up and bought some. I also asked 5 days in a row for an iron and eventually got one the day before we left. Our friends had similar but worse problems as their electricity went at least 8 times over the two weeks. They asked for a hairdryer 5 days in a row and then gave up. The maintenance and housekeeping management staff completely let this property down and should be replaced. I don't think I would be interested in the hassel of staying here again.

Nous avions loué un appartement Hotel dans soit disant un 4 Étoiles. Appartement sale 3mm de poussière sur les rebords de fenêtre intérieur, même chose sur les tables de nuit, sur 3 clim, 1 seul fonctionnait , le robinet de la cuisine ne tenait plus, la cafetière n'avait pas de carafe, il y avait 2 petites cuillères, 1 pied de lit été cassé. malgré le passage d'une femme de ménage, j'ai des doutes le lavage des sols, la table sur le balcon était repoussante et la chaise en plastique cassée . Le sèche cheveux s arrêtait au bout de quelques secondes et la cuisine était en très mauvaise états. Par ailleurs les matelas on sentait les ressorts. Si vous le souhaitez je peux vous envoyer des vidéos comme preuve. En conclusions nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet appartement censé être un 4 Étoiles.

L’appart’hotel était vieillissant. Poils trouves sur la cuvette des toilettes et en soulevant le drap. L’arrivée devait être pour 16h mais a 16h notre logement n’etait pas nettoyé donc on nous a expliqué qu’il fallait attendre. On a attendu 40 minutes sans aucune explication, on nous a proposé d’aller boire un verre à la piscine (offert pour toutes les locations). Le logement était très bruyant. On entendait les bruits d’a côté et d’au dessus. Points positifs : le coin piscine est extra avec une vue mer et un bar restaurant avec un personnel très agréable. La localisation est tres bien. Près de la plage à pied, d’un supermarché, d’une rue très animée. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue de l’appartement qui est un plus. Ne comptez pas sur le parking de l’hotel qui est très petit.

Vi har bodd i området tidligere. (hotellet ikke leilighetene) Leiligheten var slitt (skjeve skapdører, manglende bunn i skap, løse knotter), vi var plaget med maur på soverom og bad de tre første dagene. I følge "reklamen" for anlegget var det mulig å leie parkeringsplass i deres garasjeanlegg. Vi oppsøkte resepsjonen 4 ganger for å få leid plass da gateparkeringen ofte var full når vi returnerte fra kjøretur. Samtlige 4 ganger oppga jeg våre telefonnumre, siden resepsjonistene måtte ringe "noen" for å avklare om det var ledig plass. Vi ble aldri oppringt! I etasjen under oss bodde en gjeng engelske gutter som var på fest... Dette merket man både mht mye støy og søppel som lå rundt, dette var tilsynelatende ikke noe man ønsket å gripe tak i fra anleggets side da det pågikk hele uken vi var der..(stakkars renholder som måtte rydde etter gjengen hver dag) Noe støy kan forventes i området da det ligger 2-3oo meter fra berømte/beryktede "The Strip" men var ikke noe problem for to år siden da vi bodde på hotellet som deler resepsjon med disse leilighetene, ikke engang den natten Portugal vant EM i fotball. Bassengområdet er lite og alle solstoler ble "reservert" fra før åpningstid til langt etter stengetid.

Total 4 star failure, avoid!
We were given the wrong room, and that one wasn't even made. When I told staff she left to the reception without saying a word. After waiting half an hour at the car we went to reception and were told no other rooms were available. Obviously a lie as after another half an hour close to midnight we were finally given our room.Kitchen was extremely smelly. The internet access didn't work and staff promised me to fix and call back. Never happened. Worst check in possible. Then when we finally just wanted to sleep - we find out the bed sheets were dirty. Despite getting in so late to our room staff was not willing to extend our check out time to noon. So far no apologies whatsoever. Only after I told the other staff our whole experience and insisted we were granted another hour. At check-out receptionist finally wrote down the whole report and apologized for the colleague. However we were not offered any kind of competition. All in all: service was a disaster and rooms run down. Worst 4 star experience I've experienced!
