We understand that everything at check in was confusing for you and we are truly sorry that this happened. It was the first night for this night reception to be alone. We will discuss this with him and make sure this will never happen again. Again, we are really sorry that this happened. We do not have air conditioning in every room in the hotel. This is also noted on all booking sites. We advise you to check this before you make a reservation to prevent any dissapointment. Our ground floor room is a different rate than the other double rooms.
