Struttura ristrutturata in una bellissima zona della città, molto comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione e ricca di negozi e ristoranti, ma nonostante questo le camere sono silenziose. Personale molto gentile.

Colazione ottima, la signora che si occupa delle colazioni è veramente amorevole! Struttura nel complesso ok. Dopo aver pagato per una camera vista canale, ci hanno dato una con vista sulla strada però dopo aver reclamato lo sbaglio ci hanno dato la stanza giusta. Per il resto tutto bene, consiglio di stare più attenti nel campo pulizie, in quanto sotto al letto c’era una bottiglietta d’acqua vuota e ho trovato nella mia shopping bag 3 strofinacci che hanno utilizzato per le pulizie della stanza

Posizione eccellente, ottima camera.
Ottima posizione, camere spaziose e moderne con bagno di grandi dimensioni con doccia walk in e tutte le comodità. Colazione a buffet con veramente di tutto. Unico neo il processo di check-in checkout, molto lento e male organizzato. I desk sono molti ma pochi di essi aperti nei momenti di picco e ognuno ha la propria coda separata quindi il tempo è proporzionale alla fortuna di trovare qualcuno davanti che fa prima. Al checkout ho atteso oltre 20 minuti per poter consegnare la chiave e mi hanno fatto cambiare fila 3 volte quando chiudevano i desk facendomi rimettere in coda dopo persone che erano appena arrivate… fare una coda unica che smista in base alla disponibilità dei desk sarebbe decisamente più corretto.

Great central hotel
It was a great experience. Hotel clean, super central (neighbor is very cute and not too crowded), many small restaurants very close by. Breakfast is great, fresh food and staff is kind and helpful.

I punti forti della struttura sono la posizione centralissima, con possibilità di arrivare a piedi ovunque, e la prima colazione, veramente molto buona e con ampia scelta. Non ho apprezzato le dimensioni della stanza, nonostante fosse una superior, era veramente piccola per cui un lato del letto era privo di comodino e di comandi per la luce personale. In ogni caso mi sento di consigliarlo.

Great hotel with a good location, lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep but not noisy. We walked easily from the central station so didn’t use any parking facilities. Good clean well prepared room, only thing that I could comment on, the windows in our room were quite high up and my wife not being the tallest could not see out, but this in no way distracted from our stay ( part of the charm of an old building ? ) The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful and a great buffet breakfast to top it all off. We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

Not having stayed in any of the other hotels in the heart of Amsterdam, I don’t have a good basis for comparison. I chose this hotel because my teenagers refuse to share a bed, so the twin beds were really appealing and worked out well. The room itself was fine for what we needed but felt WAY overpriced, but then again, it looked comparable to other rooms available in the same area at the same time. Location-wise, this was a good choice for us because it was close to the train station and within walking distance of the tram and bike rental shop (which helped in visiting other parts of the city we didn’t want to walk to), and the Anne Frank House. There are several restaurants nearby and a nice little café across the street for coffee and pastries, and it’s right next door to a wonderful little shop with croissants and freshly made stroopwaffles.

The room we stayed in had a high step into the bathroom without any indicator. I stubbed my toe really badly, and had to cancel our day trip to Utrecht because I wasn't sure if I could walk. I had to forfeit train tickets and tour costs. I reported this situation to the front desk, but no one in management ever reached out during our 5 day stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel for many reasons. Great central location that was easy to walk to throughout the day to drop bags etc. Also, this is a great quiet area with the right amount of hustle during the day. Would stay here time and time again.
