La struttura adatta ai giovani ma anche alle coppie o adulti... Le camere sono belle, e ben decorate per un ostello. Se devo trovare una pecca come già sollecitato e la comodità del letto...per il resto una splendida esperienza...

Ostello in pieno centro città
Ostello perfetto per passare 2-3 giorni in città. E' in pieno centro e c'è tutto a portata di mano. Piazza Dam è a 200 metri e la stazione centrale dei treni è a 5 minuti a piedi. La camera dove alloggiavamo era molto piccola per ospitare 4 persone ma se si fa una vacanza breve come la nostra non ti crea problemi. E' un ostello ideale per chi non ha molte pretese e per chi si sa adattare.

Ho soggiornato per due notti a settembre 2014, il posto è perfetto per chi vuole visitare Amsterdam. Il St. Christopher's è unico come arredamento e stile. E' frequentato per la maggiore da giovani, ottima a card degli sconti per il ristorante interno che viene fornita al check in. Buona la colazione e staff disponibile. Come camere nulla da ridire (attenzione il phon non è in dotazione!) ho preso una matrimoniale con bagno in camera al 5 piano, e una volta chiuse le finestre non sentivo neanche il rumore del locale al primo piano. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente ci tornerò!

Diseño un tanto creativo la recámara cómoda cumple para llegar a dormir ya que son habitaciones pequeñas pero cumplen con su objetivo, funciona perfecto la calefacción y agua calientita muy bien, cerca de las calles con bares y restaurantes, toda la noche escucharás personas pasando por las calles ya que hay mucha actividad por el sitio.

The hostel is located in the heart of Amsterdam. Its about a 1min walk from the red right district. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants close to the hostel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Its probably the best hostel in Amsterdam. I have stayed in plenty of different ones that dont match up to this one.

Würde nie wieder in dieses Hostel gehen
Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr freundlich. Das Hostel war in einem äusserst schlechtem Zustand. Im Bad und Zimmer war Schimmel, der Boden dreckig, der Lack des Gestells abgeblättert und das schlimmster war der eckelhafte Gestank im Zimmer. Die Fenster waren undicht. Weiter konnten wir fast nicht schlafen, das die Gäster im Hotel die ganze Nacht immer wieder im Gang umherrannten, herumschrien. Da wir ein Fenster zum Innenhof hatten hörten wir zudem die Gäste und Musik der Bar, die sich im Hostel befindet. Nein danke, nie wieder.

Smooth check in! Helpful staff. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels! Great shower, that is shared. Im an older solo traveler, and I felt welcome and comfortable at St. Christopher’s.

Great staff at the hostel; everyone is very friendly and assists in guest requests. Definitely a hostel and not a hotel - a lot of students, transients, but we stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was as satisfactory as any other hotel. Would definitely recommend whether you stay as a guest with others or if you book a private room.

荷物預かりが有料のコインロッカーのため、チェックイン前に荷物預けたら結構高くつきました。エレベータがない場所なので、荷物を運ぶのにも結構エネルギーを使いました。場所はダム広場から近いのでとても便利です。

Es un hotel para adultos, en plena zona de bares, es muy ruidoso, se escucha tanto lo de afuera como lo de adentro. Para destacar la atención del personal, es excelente, jovenes muy atentos y dispuestos a todo. La infraestructura del hotel es muy mala. Ni se justifica pagar ese precio.

Let's get this out of the way, fellow guests/roommates can make or break your hostel stay, which, is usually beyond your control when traveling solo. This review will not take that into account. The hostel bed was comfortable, nice and not too firm. Pillow was supportive and the linen/blanket was clean. Security was also very good. On-site self service laundry was also very convenient. Very, very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Made you feel welcome at the hostel. Housekeeping is excellent and a towel is provided daily free of charge. Sheets and towels are changed daily!!! A few things to consider. Location is in a busy part of downtown and street noise into the night is unavoidable, comes with the territory. Bathroom in our ensuite had a few quirks, you'll take a shower in a bathtub and water will get to the bathroom floor. Bathroom light did not have an on/off switch, a bit odd. Overall a good experience during the 6 night stay at the hostel. Recommend to book here! 👍👍👍

St Christopher's at the Winston is in a fantastic location, easily accessible from central station. Plenty of great bars and places to eat around the location. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Der Nachwächter war unglaublich unfreundlich. Das Check-In war sehr kompliziert. Mein Freund konnte mich nicht einchecken. Nur sich. ich konnte dann in der Nacht nicht ins Hotel, da ich keinen Hotel-Ausweis hatte. Dieser bekommt man nur gegen vorweisen des Passes. Mein Pass war aber im Zimmer. Aber ins Zimmer durfte ich nicht, weil ich keinen Hotel-Ausweis hatte.... also musste mein Freund kommen, welcher dann meinen Pass holte um mir einen Hotel-Ausweis zu besorgen. Halleluja. Und dass um 02.00 Morgens. Das Hostel ist super gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet, wenn auch etwas ins Alter gekommen.

This was my first ever sharing living space with multiple people. Honestly, it wasn’t bad. Had to the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Flip side, there’s no privacy, however, it wasn’t a bad experience.
