Sono stati carinissimi la struttura e elegante bella il personale per lo meno quelli che ho conosciuto sono gentili, non avevamo la colazione compresa nel pacchetto e al ceckut non c'è l hanno fatta pagare. Una cosa..... Possibile che nessuno parli un po' di italiano 😥

Bell'albergo, vicino al centro ed all'isola dei musei, raggiungibili entrambi con la metro che passa davanti alla struttura. Se devo dare un voto negativo lo do alla pulizia della stanza in quando non veniva pulita, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani ma non pulivano per terra, si dimenticavano di metterti la carta igienica, o di ricaricare le capsule della macchinetta del caffè. Nel complesso ottima struttura.

L'albergo non si trova in centro ma è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici che funzionano perfettamente. Ben organizzato ed il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.

Albergo vicino al centro
Bellissimo albergo confortevole e soprattutto pulito bella la camera la posizione è vicina ad alcuni locali, la fermata del tram per il centro si trova all'uscita dell'albergo e in 10 minuti ti trovi in piazza Dam oppure alla stazione centrale. Il prezzo è giusto per il servizio che da tenendo presente altri alberghi oppure hotel nei dintorni.

Albergo comodo e vicino al centro
L'albergo è piacevole e soprattutto molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam, perché ha il tram che porta in centro praticamente davanti l'hotel. Vicinissimo anche il treno che porta dall'aeroporto all'hotel (non più di 300m). La camera era comoda, non grandissima e la pulizia abbastanza buona. Noi avevamo due camere comunicanti. Vicinissimo all'albergo anche un supermercato. La colazione non era compresa e non ne abbiamo usufruito, in ogni caso era davvero troppo cara (€12,50 se si riserva al momento dell'arrivo, €15 altrimenti). Nel complesso consigliato.

Consigliatissimo!
Siamo stati in questo hotel tra agosto e settembre 2017, staff all'accoglienza gentilissimo, camera accogliente e pulita, arredamento moderno e in buono stato. Nonostante non sia in pieno centro non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a spostarci a qualsiasi ora del giorno, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel sono presenti diverse fermate nelle quali passano i tram che collegano con tutti i luoghi di interesse. Ottimo il servizio di noleggio biciclette interno all'hotel. Zona tranquilla con vari negozi, punti ristorazione e coffee shop. Eccellente rapporto qualità\prezzo!

Hampshire Hotel - The Manor Amsterdam (Super OK)
Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia ed è stato tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia al servizio. La posizione dell'hotel veramente ideale in quanto c'è un supermercato vicino a 200 metri ed il tram n°9 che ti porta in centro e si ferma davanti all'hotel. Per non parlare del ristorante italiano (Enoteca) che fa da mangiare veramente bene con tutti cuochi italiani disponibili ad ogni richiesta!!! Lo consiglierei a chiunque!!! P.S.:sicuramente se dovessi tornare ad Amsterdam tornerei in questo fantastico hotel!!!

Ottimo albergo, bello e confortevole Great hotel
Posizione un po' distante dal centro ma, facilmente raggiungibile con il tram n 9, personale molto gentile è capace di soddisfare le richieste. Camera pulita e confortevole. Consiglio questo albergo a chiunque Location a bit far from downtown but is easily accessible by tram no 9, very friendly staff is able to meet the demands. Clean and comfortable room. I recommend this hotel to anyone

Albergo bello e servito bene dai mezzi pubblici.
La stanza era situata al primo piano ed era molto bella. Pessimi però i materassi del letto matrimoniale e le pulizie non proprio all'altezza di un quattro stelle. Il frigo vuoto non mi era mai capitato nei miei tanti soggiorni in albergo in Italia e all'estero.

La struttura e molto bella elegante luminosa, situato benissimo per lo spostamento con treno e tram, cucina ottima personale adeguato alla location . La cosa che mi ha colpito molto ê il silenzio della struttura di solito negli alberghi si dorme poco invece questo ê stato l'unico in cui il riposo è stato ottimo.

Sono arrivata venerdì mattina alle 8,30 e nonostante la camera fosse libera dalle 15 sono stati molto gentile nell'accoglienza. Hanno immediatamente messo a disposizione il WI-FI senza neanche chiederlo; hanno in dotazione delle piantine della città molto dettagliate e veramente utili; a disposizione molte indicazioni per le escursioni. Esperienza molto positiva, personale molto gentile ed accogliente.

bell'hotel, non centrale ma ben servito
struttura originale e emoderna, soggiorno ottimo, camere comfortevoli e tranquille. letto molto comodo. il personale è cortese e attento alle richieste dei clienti. quelche problema con internet (collegamento iniziale un po' difficile, in seguito non velocissima). lontano del centro ma servito da ben tre linee di tram (per il centro/stazione, per il quartiere dei musei ed il centro esposizioni) e diversi bus, fino a dopo mezzanotte. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo (per Amsterdam), la colazione inclusa sarebbe stata la cigliegina sulla torta.

What a lovely hotel! We arrived early morning and the amazing staff was nice to check us in before the afternoon. Reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. We had a room with a terrace as we were upgraded. The room & bathroom were of a good size, we liked the high ceiling, the terrace was great! The only reason why I didn't put 5* is because we felt that the mattress was too soft, otherwise everything else was perfect!! The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Zoo, 20 minutes ride from central station. Trams are outside and round the corner from the hotel. ' 100' We would definitely reccomend this hotel! Thank you.

All was good, nice clean rooms Stayed there 10 days - good location plenty transportation options to town Two issues - one is the cleaning staff seemed forgetful - didn't replace the towels one day and didn't resupply a water bottle on another day - the other was when I ordered a taxi they supplied one but didn't mention that their minumum charge was 20 euros, so taking an Uber would have been cheaper, so I never used their taxi's again

Overall the hotel itself was good. I gave 4 stars due to 2 main reasons: 1) Restaurant/bar closed before 11pm and 2) the rubber mat in front of the door is incredibly unsafe. I almost tripped on the way in and then my luggage got stuck on the way out and I DID fall and broke a rib...

Easy walk to Muiderpoort station with quick access to central Amsterdam and other cities, though there are good bars and restaurants nearby. Cool old building, rooms were more spacious that most in Amsterdam, and it was very clean.

Very good hotel for a short stay in Amsterdam. Good location and excellent value. Nice restaurant and a bar but we didn’t get to try the breakfast, I think it would have been good though
