Thank you for your review, I’m glad you found the property clean and comfortable. You are right about the stairs being steep, like all Amsterdam houses, and it is two flights. However it is mentioned on the booking website, where it states that there is no lift, and there are stairs to the upper floors. Unfortunately it’s the case with all the Online Travel Agents that I have no say over how the property information is presented. The information about the stairs requires a lot of scrolling. What I can do though is make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide all you need. We can’t do anything about the location either, but it is a good one, close to everything yet hidden away in a quiet street. Hope to see you again, met Vriendelijke Groeten.

We are very lucky to live near the park, the lungs of the city, yet still be so close to the centre, the museum quarter and all the public transport. I also love to walk in the park early morning. Thank you for your kind review. We had a big think about TVs in the rooms and decided not to have them. The main consideration was noise. As my two rooms are next to each other I imagined both guests watching TV at the same time, or one guest trying to sleep and the other guest listening to late night shows.
