“We had a very nice stay.The house is cosy and comfortable. Even if we stayed the whole day at the festival, the place perfect for a holiday.”

Maison moderne, lumineuse et toute ouverte, sur environ 5 niveaux : entrée par la cuisine, niveau +1 une suite parentale accessible par échelle, niveau -1 le coin salon, niveau -2 une salle d'eau et niveau -3 une chambre (avec un lit double et 1 lit simple superposé). “We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very easy to deal with. The location of the property is excellent, with beaches a few minutes away and Annecy town an easy walk. The property is very nice. I would mention it has quite a lot of stairs, and so may not be as suitable for people with very young children or reduced mobility. But that is not a criticism. We would recommend this property”

“Lovely flat. Only complaint is that there is only one toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. Didn’t notice that in the description—assumed a bathroom would have a toilet. Owner very helpful with explaining, and some of the facilities need explanation. All in all, beautiful flat.”

“La struttura si presenta abbastanza bene, non comodissima la posizione rispetto al centro , ma lo sapevamo, il chek-in veniva dato dalle 15 in poi, purtroppo la camera prima delle 16,30 non era pronta. Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti, la camera non è stata rifatta dicendoci che viene rifatta solo per una prenotazione minimo di 4 notti...????? gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati .... solo quando abbiamo protestato..... NON LO CONSIGLIO”

“Sono stata delusa dagli appartamenti dell'hotel che avevano una valutazione alta da Expedia. In particolar modo la pulizia non mi ha soddisfatta per nulla. All'arrivo le lenzuola non erano pulite. Il phon nel bagno non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto farlo aggiustare. Il gabinetto è in una stanza senza finestre ne ventola. Il secondo giorno il letto è stato rifatto solo sistemando le coperte superiori. Quando si sollevavano, le lenzuola sottostanti non erano state toccate. Non abbiamo fatto la...

“Hotel located just outside the center of Annecy (in the station area) the room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates and dishwasher. Convenient (unless you have a long car) underground parking for a fee). Courteous staff. The area is convenient but not quaint nor beautiful for an overnight stroll. All in all, it's okay, but lacks some of the magic that downtown Annecy can provide ”
