Beste Didier,Fijn dat u de tijd nam voor uw review.Het doet ons goed te horen dat u heeft genoten van het ontbijt en onze ruime, lichte kamers, evenals de comfortabele bedden en onze centrale locatie.We betreuren echter dat uw verblijf op enkele punten niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Wat betreft de netheid van de koffie-pads en de waterkoker, nemen wij uw opmerkingen ter harte en zullen wij onze procedures herzien om te zorgen dat dergelijke onvolkomenheden niet voorkomen. Voor de spiegels die niet naar wens waren, onze excuses; we streven naar een onberispelijke staat van onze kamers en zullen dit aankaarten bij onze huishoudelijke dienst. Wat de geluidsoverlast betreft, zijn onze Deluxe kamers aan de achterkant rustiger en wij adviseren deze voor een volgend verblijf om u een stillere ervaring te bieden. Ook willen we graag vermelden dat al onze ramen dubbelglas hebben voor een betere geluidsisolatie.
