L’hotel Park Inn è al nostro arrivo era chiuso, con un avviso sulla porta che ci ha rimandato al contiguo Radisson Blue, peraltro impeccabile; tuttavia avremmo gradito essere avvertiti della sostituzione; invece ho ricevuto soltanto una mail generica che si riferiva ad entrambi gli hotel e, trattandosi di zona centrale, abbiamo avuto qualche disagio con la gestione del bagaglio e dell’auto

Albergo funzionale e centrale.
L'albergo é funzionale, con personale gentile, senza ristorante. Il bagno é fornito solo di sapone/bagnoschiuma per il lavabo e la doccia. Niente altro. C'é la possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento, convenzionato, o di quello dell'Hotel Radisson Blue (sulla stessa piazza) al cui ristorante il cliente viene indirizzato. La posizione é prossima alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate delle autolinee extraurbane. Il centro storico é facilmente accessibile a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici.

Ottimo Hotel, massima pulizia e accessori in camera, caffè nespresso in camera omaggio. Peccato per due lampade senza lampadine in camera e senza prese elettriche nell'area comodini. Tutto il resto Top.

L'impatto non è stato dei migliori
L'impatto non è stato dei migliori perchè la receptionist voleva spostarci in un altro hotel poichè diceva di non avere disponibilità in questo. Dopo aver insistito per un bel pò è apparsa miracolosamente la camera. Non so se l'altro hotel fosse migliore ma non ho ritenuto corretto spostarci senza preavviso e senza valido motivo anche perchè, prima di prenotare, guardo le foto e leggo le recensioni da internet. Comunque, a parte questo disguido, l'hotel è ottimo. La camera ampia, con il letto matrimoniale, scrivania con sedia, poltrona, macchinetta per il caffè, phon nel bagno e doccia grande. Hanno chiesto € 25 di cauzione che hanno prontamente restituito al check out. La posizione è ottima, vicina a ristoranti, bar, parcheggi coperti. Consigliato.

L albergo è centrale in 20 minuti a piedi con una passeggiata nella via dello shopping si arriva in pieno centro. Silenzioso, pulito con stanze comode dovrebbe subire una piccola ristrutturazione.

Hotel super a due passi dalla stazione centrale
Situato a pochi metri dalla stazione centrale, Park Inn è l'ideale per chi, come me, raggiunge la città in treno. Hotel moderno ed arredato molto bene. Le camere, curate in ogni dettaglio, sono dotate di diversi servizi, quali wifi (con doppia possibilità: base =gratuito, superveloce= a pagamento), macchina del caffè Nespresso con capsule di benvenuto, paytv, oltre ai piu tradizionali servizi di cassaforte, minibar e sveglia. Pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere impeccabile. Personale composto da ragazzi molto gentili, preparati e simpatici. L'hotel è adiacente ad una piazza. Comodissima la fermata del tram giusto di fronte all'entrata dell'hotel.

Park Inn Anversa
Buonissimo Hotel. Zona Stazione Centrale (guardatevi bene intorno come vicino ad ogni stazione di ogni angolo del mondo, soprattutto nottetempo). Comodo per raggiungere anche il centro città. Noi da turisti automuniti non abbiamo trovato difficoltà nemmeno per il parcheggio ( a pagamento, un pò caro, dentro un centro commerciale a pochi passi). Meglio ovviamente se uno arriva in treno. Classico hotel per uomo d'affari, ma lo consiglio per un soggiorno breve, magari una tappa, anche al turista medio, viste le dotazioni della struttura. Con l'offerta di Expedia abbiamo avuto anche la colazione (bel buffet) compresa. Nel complesso è stata una buona scelta.

Staff pleasant, in shabby hotel
Staff were very good, was allowed to check in early. Room was very tired, broken light fittings, draws snd dirty interior walls. Window looked out on a wall about a metre away. No electric lights on one side of the room, making it quite dark, not subdued but actually difficult to read. No facilities for breakfast in house, due to building work snd had to walk to other side of square in the ice when -1 c which too 5 minutes, no mention or warning of this when booking.

I got robbed by the hotel
Me and my better half paid for a room where 5 out of 6 electricity plugs didnt work so we just had one plug to charge all our electronics. Terrible service from the hotelmanager. I asked to talk to him/her four times and got turned down every time!!! No mail or phone call from the manager or hotell on how the hotel should compensate our hotelrom. Yes i will say that we paied and got robbed. This hotel dont care about us or the fact that we are gold member on this app. Terible and arrogant service

Rethink Park Inn
A brief trip to Antwerp. I thought the Park Inn will be ok. It’s well located and reasonable. We do not stay at Park Inn in the U.S. it is thought to be lower tier. This room is very nice, the hotel is clean and well staffed, well located.

Disappointing
Super conveniently situated next to Antwerpen Centraal station. An exceptionally slimmed down place as far as hotels go. Breakfast was included. What it doesn;t say until you check in is that you will have go across the square to a sister hotel. Through the pouring rain, the freezing fog and whatever happens to come down at that point. There is no bar, obviously no restaurant, sound proofing is non-existent and the whole feeling is one of tiredness. Worn flooring, stained bathroom surfaces. There is small display in the lobby where bottled water, chocolate and nuts can be bought. On the plus side, there are loads of restaurants around and local transport is on the doorstep, trams, bus and metro. Room prices vary per day (huh???) and a request for no housekeeping is ignored. Would I return? No.

Fabulous team makes for a wonderful hotel
Absolutely amazing hotel - super clean and comfortable- the staff at desk could not help you more - the whole team on desk is run by a fantastic ladys - so kind and knowledgeable. If I had a hotel - i would want staff like this . Also the cleaning lady was so kimd and upbeat.

Park Inn was overbooked so we were moved to Raddison Blu. We did not get the key to the room. Assistant helped us get into the room. The room was provided in a adjacent old building which was connected to the new Hotel but could be accessed only by the staff. It seemed to be the old part of the hotel. The staff was very nice but the overall experience was not good especially when you pay a premium price for the room.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel direkt beim Hauptbahnhof von Antwerpen. Sehr gut gelegen, sehr kurzer Weg zum Zoo, Bahnhof(direkte Anbindung zum Brüsseler Flughafen, Fahrzeit ca.30min) und vom Hotel ca.15min zu Fuss in die Altstadt oder 25min zum Sportpaleis für Veranstaltungen. Der Staff war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Erklärte alles in Ruhe, Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert und schnell.

The hotel is maintained well. My issue is with how our bags were handled. My companion and I arrived quite early(we were aware of this and only in Antwerp for 1 day so we decided to leave bags and explore). Bags were placed in a closet at the front of the hotel desk and the agent told us she would tag all of our bags together so they would not get separated. We had 4 luggage pieces and a shopping bag from a very expensive store we visited the day before in Paris. When we arrived back at the hotel at 3:00 Checkin time we did not realize that we made it upstairs without the shipping bag. We went to dinner and explored the city more and never occur to us. The next morning as I was collecting our things I realized the shopping bag was not with us so I went downstairs collect it. It was nowhere to be found. I had a train to catch and was unable to stay until a manger arrived. I have since emailed Raddison 4 times to no avail. No one has even responded to an email. Very upset by this.

Expensive without a value
Booked a standard room in advance. Cost 700USD for 3 nights. Received probability the worst hotel room i ha e ever stayed in. View into the wall ans staircase, pretty much no daylight, not possible to open wondows, so also not a fresh air. A/C not working, only hot air coming. Unbearably warm and airless in the room. Even worse after shower withiut airbvents. Small room with massive furniture, claustrophobia overload and i was alone. Breakfast served in another Radison location, and is pretty forget able, last morning even skipped it. Would not stay again. Expensive withiut added value and that was the cheapest option.

中央駅出口からまっすぐわずか約２分で到着。とにかく駅へのアプローチが最高。受付の方はみな笑顔で話しかけてくださり、近所の名所をわかりやすく教えてくださいました。部屋は十分すぎるほど広く、とにかく最高のホテルでした。絶対おすすめです。
