We accepted a hole punched in the bathroom door upon arrival. The bathroom was not cleaned, had medicine on floor from previous tenant. Next day, dirty towels or trash not picked up. Asked for that twice. Shower Curtain would not close. 2nd day, someone left a bag of trash outside our door. Last day, the front desk clerk had an attitude that was beyond acceptable. We chose to leave before the next day. Unacceptable for a Best Western Plus facility. Reported it to the manager, no response. Reported this to Best Western Franchise.

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, the hotel was clean, our room was nice, clean and tidy. Very close to the stadium and shopping. Always stay here when we come down.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not operating. Other than that, the hotel was fine, and the breakfast was adequate.

I apologize for the hot tub not working, I have been working with the pool people to get it up and running, and unfortunately, we have run into another issue, so again I apologize.

Comfotable but dusty in the room and main lobby. Not a huge deal, but no lights in breakfast dining area in the morning.

I apologize for the issues, I did talk to staff about the lights in breakfast and that they make sure not to forget to turn them on.

Seems the hotel might be a bit short on staff. Elevator and stairwells were pretty dirty. Candy on the floor in the elevator and a core of an apple that looks like it’s been sitting in the stairwell for a few days. They put us in a suit as they didn’t have the room I booked ready for us at check-in. However the first suit we went in had a sewer smell so they gave us a second room. This second room was perfect. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and glad to assist with the issues.

The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Room LOOKED clean, but Cleaning Service must spray room fresheners which are not necessary. The fragrance gave me a terrible headache, so we opened a window to let in fresh outside air and left for 4 hours. Check in and checkout were easy and convenient. Desk clerks were friendly. I was very amazed manager could do anything with fingernails as long as they are! Lol Breakfast foods were fresh, hot, and very good. Please consider switching out your cleaning products (with the very strong aroma) for more toxic-free choices. Perhaps you can have a Norwex Consultant meet with your cleaning crew to educate them on using safer products for their health as well as your guests.

had a great stay in a suite for easter, pool was closed 2 days so we only got to swim once. we had a jacuzzi in the room so it was kinda a hot tub.

Therecwere no lights working in the entire parking lot or entry way. Very dark getti g from car to the building with luggage.

I want to apologize for this, the lights are automatic and for some reason they had not turned on, I did have my maintenance fix it.

Hot tub out of order. Pool not the cleanest. It was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Very noisy! Front desk staff nice. Probably would not book again.

We stayed here because they had a hot tub but that was closed. The shower curtain was dirty and wouldn’t stay closed and no hot water, just barely warm and not a strong stream.. also no housekeeping and when I made the bed the comforter under the sheet was horribly filthy. Had a hard time sleeping after seeing that. Staff was super friendly.

Everything was fine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a little bare - eggs, waffles, cereal, packaged yogurt, not much fruit selection. The towels are a bit thin, but otherwise, it was good value for the price. Had no safety issues, staff was very helpful.

Honest and horrible
My stay was not the best. Wanted to relax in hot tub, out of service and must have been for awhile. It looked disgusting. In our room you had to unplug the microwave every time you wanted to use it, to reset it. And in the morning when I wanted a cup of coffee the coffee maker did not work. No one was at the desk, so you waited and waited and waited.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay, The hot tub is on the website as out of order, also The coffee machine does work, and their is also 24 hour coffee in the coffee pots next to it. I have sent maintenance to look at microwave as this is the first time hearing of this issue. I apologize for that issues you had.

Overall, a good stay if you’re on a budget. Seems short staffed and the staff I encountered wasn’t over friendly but no one was rude either. The room is basic and could use fresh paint but the beds were comfortable. It’s in a good area close to restaurants and shopping.

We loved the family suite we booked. Very very nice. Alot of room. A little bummer, the hot tub was out of order. The kids loved the pool, but the pool itself was falling apart. Large cracks, actually a few holes in the concrete, they reported that there were actual small piles of stone in the corners. Weird.

Overall the property was okay, the bathroom in our room, the shower pressure was not good. had to tie a towel around the stopper for the water to flow thru the shower head. The bathroom sink drain, ran very, very slow.
