Struttura accogliente dove non manca nulla per una vacanza di tutto riposo. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Ottima la colazione, per i pasti il menu da integrare con più varietà di cibo internazionale.

Hotel with excellent location. Nice facility and rooms. Excellent cleaning. Fantastic breakfast. The only negative is the small and insignificant SPA for a structure with this level. Definitely recommended!
Beautiful Resort, very nice private beach and pools, walking distance from the centre of Aqaba with restaurants and all you'll need during your stay.

Hotel gradevole con personale cortese e pulizia ottima! Purtroppo la vista era rovinata da un cantiere di fronte con operai con martello pneumatico e altri macchinari che procuravano fortissimo rumore sia di giorno che di sera! Non avrebbero dovuto assegnare le camere che affacciavano sul cantiere... essendo un enorme hotel e a 5 stelle!

Migliorabile
Punti di forza sono la cucina ed i servizi offerti. Deludente invece è la comunicazione: sembrano fraintendere alcune delle richieste che vengono poste, rispondendo altro o in parte. Il servizio è migliorabile: ogni sera dovevamo fare richiesta delle salviette, in quanto il bagno ne era sprovvisto. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto richiedere ripetutamente il cambio del materasso in quanto sfondato.

Strengths are the kitchen and the services offered. Disappointing, on the other hand, is communication: they seem to misunderstand some of the requests that are asked, answering other or partially. We also had to repeatedly request a mattress change as it was broken. Dear Elisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad that your overall experience with us was wonderful and we managed to contribute to your great stay. You are right, we have at the moment some trainees and they are still learning how to serve the guests and on the way to improve their English, but these are singular cases not a trend at our hotel. Ottimo 5 stelle in posizione centrale con spiaggia privata e giardino/piscine molto ben tenuta. Struttura grande, lounge accogliente e arredata con buon gusto,molti spazi esterni ed interni a disposizione. Camere superior dotate di tutto il necessario e pulite. Breakfast (per noi compreso) a buffet,con vasta scelta di salato e dolce anche orientale, media la qualita'. Un po' carente la preparazione del personale di sala,che forse non comprendeva bene l'inglese. Complessivamente un giudizio piu' che buono, ci tornrro'.

Excellent 5-star hotel in a central location with private beach and very well kept garden / pools. Large structure, cozy lounge furnished with good taste, many outdoor and indoor spaces available. Superior rooms equipped with everything necessary and clean. Breakfast (for us included) in buffet style, with a wide selection of savoury and even oriental sweet, medium quality. A little lacking in the preparation of the dining room staff, who perhaps did not understand English well. Overall a more than good judgment, we'll come back. Bellissima struttura vicino a ristoranti e passeggiata. Belle le piscine anche se un po' affollate, moto carina la spiaggia. Colazione eccezionale.

Un albergo che credevo di prima qualità.
La prima impressione era quella che uno si aspetta ma dopo un po ti accorgi che il livello di classe di gente che lo frequenta è molto bassa, nella piscina gente che si fa il bagno con i vestiti, il cibo riciclato dei giorni scorsi, la spiaggia poi non adeguatamente controllata dalla sicurezza. In generale il servizio lascia molto a desiderare.

non e` sicuramente un 5 stelle
Ho soggiornato due notti e non sono stata davvero soddisfatta di questo hotel . Le stanze prepagate qualche mese in anticipo , non erano disponibili , la direzione ha messo a disposizione una family room , sicuramente un upgrade ma comunque con alcune pecche , ad esempio caffe e te erane disponibili solo per due persone mentre avendo due stanze ne avremmo avuto a sufficienza . Gli asciugamani forniti in spiaggia erano molto consumati e rovinati . Wifi si disconnetteva in continuazione , la sera si era disturbati dal concerto dal vivo fino dopo le 11;30 . Il cibo vario ed abbondante ma di pessima qualita . Le tazze sbeccate e le forchette coi denti storti a tavola . La business room chiusa , nonostante dovesse essere aperta 24 h non e dotata di stampante quindi per stampare le bording pass abbiamo dovuto fare cose assurde con enorme perdita di tempo .

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal, leckeres Büffet und sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Badeschlappen sind sehr hochwertig. Complementary Obst und Minibar. Happy hour immer jeden Tag Abend und zwischen 16:00 - 16:30 Uhr kostenlose leckere Pralinen & Schokoladenkuchen. Das Schiwmmbad ist sehr schön und es gibt auch ein Whirlpool dazu. Sehr gerne wieder.

Great location in Aqaba as the Hotel sits across from the water with a second level enclosed causeway that connects to the waterfront pools, restaurants and sandy beach. The hotel is well appointed with great staff and amenities. In fact, my son was seen by the hotel’s doctor and treated within 30 minutes of our call to the front desk - excellent attentive service.

Great place to stay in Aqaba
Wonderful stay at a very well-run hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious suite that the receptionist gave us as a free upgrade. Helpful unobtrusive staff. Used the lap pool every morning and enjoyed the beach in the evening. Food excellent.

Perfect Hotel! My stay at this hotel was truly impressive. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a positive experience. They were always friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room I stayed in was exceptionally pleasant. It was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room was soothing and enjoyable. The room amenities included entertainment options, a television, comfortable chairs, and more - everything needed to feel at home. The hotel is located in an excellent location. It is close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions. I had easy access to explore the beautiful and captivating city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I'm sure I will return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, clean, and well-located accommodation.

Beautiful hotel!
We had such a lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly welcoming and professional; our rooms were amazing! We enjoyed swimming in the Red Sea as well as in the swimming pools; the restaurants served delicious food. The inside of the hotel and the outside are stunningly beautiful!! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Die Kellner sind reizend und schnell. Der Strand wird so gut wie möglich sauber gehalten, aber viele Gäste hinterlassen Zigarettenkippen, die schwierig zu entsorgen sind. Durch die vielen Tauben sind die Terrassen sehr schmutzig.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Eigener Badestrand aber auch vielfältige Liege- und Bademöglichkeiten am Pool im wunderschönen Garten. Das Buffet mit internationale, aber auch jordanischer Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

It’s a nice resort with a lot of potential. It was extremely clean and especially my room was spotless- love the housekeeping staff. While the restaurant and front desk staff were fantastic, they were understaffed in the afternoon and evening every day I was there, which meant waiting excessively long times to get a drink and meals during peak hours for happy hour and dinner and check in time. The staff was very gracious to go as fast as possible. The resort needs to look into short staffing and also some other things like the room temperature could not be cooler than 25 degrees when it was very hot outside making it too warm to properly sleep. Also the pool attendants and landscapers were not very accommodating to guests. Landscaping was spraying for bugs during the midafternoon right around guests. That is toxic chemicals which should be done very early morning or at night.

The staff are all excellent. Very efficient, helpful & kind. Special acknowledgement to Mustafa & Baraa at the reception desk. Both went out of their way to resolve some issues. Cecelia in the Lobby Bar is so kind, professional & efficient. She needs more help during happy hour, but she did a great job. Jeandelle who works at the Turkish Restaurant & breakfast is very professional, courteous & effective. All of the staff are to be commended for their excellent service & work ethic. Thank you.
