“Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

“Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend lungo ed è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Il casale si trova in un posto idilliaco, circondato dalle colline verdeggianti ed isolato. A noi serviva esattamente questo. Molto adatto a famiglie numerose come la nostra, é dotato di ogni genere di comfort. Piscina a dir poco spettacolare, calcio balilla, Ping pong, campo da calcetto e pallavolo. La casa è equipaggiata con ogni tipo di utensile e cucinare qui non è certo un problema. “Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub über Silvester in Cortona. Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt, groß und die Lage in der Altstadt super. Cortona ist eine sehr lebendige Kleinstadt und als Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Urlaube geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und er ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet mach außerhalb der Altstadt ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß entfernt). Nur die Ausleuchtung und das Lampenlicht in der Ferienwohnung sind...

“We had a wonderful time in this smashing house. At first not easy to find but once you got there you never want to leave again. Vincenzo, the owner, coached us via What's App while we were getting there. His mom gave us a warm welcome and the introduction to the place. The sight is spectacular. The outside pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool boy would show up every second day. Inside is plenty of room, four spacious bedrooms, great dinner table and a big and well equipped...

“Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area.”

Vicino oltre ai piccoli borghi toscani con castelli e conventi c'è anche il parco naturale di Falterona raggiungibile in pochi minuti con un'offerta di escursioni piacevoli. “Wir hatten eine rundum super Woche! Wir haben die Einheit so vorgefunden, wie sie beschrieben war und wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Ein sehr großes, weitläufiges Gelände, wo für jeden was dabei ist. Pool, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, etc. Als die Poolpumpe einen Tag mal außer Betrieb war, gaben wir dem Vermieter kurz Bescheid und innerhalb nur 20 Minuten war das behoben! Wirklich klasse!”
