Perfect!
Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Communication with owner was also super easy. Kitchen had a few of the staple dishes, pots and pans which was helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!

Boji Blast Getaway
My husband and our 3 boys booked this VRBO with my brother in law and his children. Our boys were in the Boji Blast tournament. This was perfect for our families as it was close to the rink and the water park and arcade were a great asset for the kiddos! I hope to book more with Rachel and Chad! Relaxing Stay!
The place was Perfect. Clean, and modern and super relaxing. The hosts welcomed our service dog with we are very thankful for. We hope to stay again if we ever need to stay in Arnold’s Park agains. :)

Perfect weather for October
Due to the warmer weather and the October Festival that was going on at Arnold's Park, we had 4 days of absolute fun. Was able to enjoy the outside deck and firepit every night. The beds are heavenly. The unit could not have been better

A nice getaway
The condo was lovely. It met all the requirements we needed to enjoy our week there. Construction was going on the building to the south that started at 7:00 a.m. Kind of noisy but did not keep us from enjoying the deck during the morning or evening hours when the sun wasn't directly on us. The underground parking was wonderful and we used a parking spot out front for the second vehicle. A misunderstanding on my part that there was absolutely nowhere to park a boat or use of electrical. We had to rent a storage shed to keep the boat in but it was very secure and had electricity. Boat slips are very expensive on the lake. Our hosts were very gracious in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. I also appreciate the early entry to the room since we had made half the trip the night before and were there earlier than the 4:00pm check in. Thank you Chad and Rachel!

Girls Trip
This condo is gorgeous!! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because there is construction right next to it so it was a bit of an eyesoar. Communication was excellent and getting into the condo was super easy. We will be back!!

Construction next door
The property was very nice and we enjoyed and appreciated the underground garage, but the construction going on across from our balcony was disturbing. The noise began at 8:00 every morning until about 5:00 in the afternoon. We were not told of this in advance and feel we should have been discounted some on the fee.

The only complaint was that the unit above us was very noisy. There was several times the lighting fixture’s actually rattled. The property itself is amazing and so we’re the hosts. Thank you!

Pretty property
Very nice property. Only drawback was the construction going on from 7 AM on. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though. They did advertise that boat slips could be rented through Bridges Bay, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or email for that.

Very nice stay
The property was very nice and was stocked with everything we needed for our five days. Chad helped us through the locking mechanism which was not thoroughly explained in the email or counter-book instructions. Otherwise, it was an easy process. Thanks Chad and Rachel!

Grandparent Weekend
The property was wonderful. Very convenient for us to take our grandkids over to swim and play in the arcade. It was so fun when they walked into the condo to watch them check everything out. We have an autistic grandchild and he enjoyed every moment. He loved the small bedroom it was so cozy for him. They have asked if we could do this again. Thank you.

Condo was just as pictured & we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfortable. Trash area hard to see outside to dump trash as requested by owners.. Fee for cleaning seemed high. Lots of shops closed on Monday or for the season but found a few shops open.

Lovely Location with Lake View
I was a little overwhelmed in locating the property as GPS gave me screwy directions and took me way off the main highway and looped me around after 6 hours on the road. Once there, I called Rachel and she gave me clear directions to get me into the building. I found the condo clean and spacious with a wonderful view from the deck. I ordered a vegan margarita pizza and a chicken and bacon pizza from Okoboji Dough for pickup. It's just over a mile away and I highly recommend them for good eats. My 2 adult children and I enjoyed that dinner on the deck, walked down to the dock and watched the sunset with drinks in hand. Check was fine. House rules were clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property with endless water fun for kids
Rachel & Chad were awesome to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to questions! The condo is in excellent condition, very clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies and the view of the lake is gorgeous. The underground parking garage is a great convenience for loading and unloading right next to the elevator. Loved every minute of our stay and would DEFINITELY reserve this unit again.

The bunk beds are made for kids, not adults.
The bunk beds definitely presented a challenge for older adults, but we managed and actually we had a great time, and rested well. I'm so glad I chose to stay there.
