Was suppose to be a non animal room. But there were many urine stains and heavy smell. Front desk came down with spray. We left door open for about an hour. I know you think,, why didn’t you leave. I guess the fact we had been driving as day and really tired

There were bed bugs in my room and my son's room went home with bites all over our bodies and motel could have cared less they should have at least offer us a partial refund or something The sad thing is this is my home town

Check in went well. I travel with my dog. Some motels use only specific rooms for guests with pets. This Quality Inn is one. The room I was in smelled so bad. Slept poorly because of the smell, although the room itself appeared clean. Won't stay here again.

The property was generally shabby, to say the least!! Everything in our room felt old, especially the carpet. The town of Ashburn was poor without any nice places to eat. We wouldn't stay here again!!

Room was dirty and very rundown. Brown stuff on the footstool and on the wall beside the toilet paper holder . Bedskirt riped and stained . Will not be back .

Very basic lodging. Paint peeling, bathroom door was warped from the humidity. Our room smelled strongly of curry. The breakfast area was small and had very limited options. No peanut butter,yogurt, and the only fruit was apples.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Bathroom was very small, cramped, but shower was OK. The “breakfast” was probably the worst part of stay. They ran out of bananas and coffee, and coffee pot in room is too small to bother with.

Overpriced and dirty.
Totally didn't understand why this hotel was rated so high. The carpet stains were horrible. Paint on the doors was peeling off as well as the concrete. Place was a total mess. Very overpriced for what you received.

It Can Only Get Better
The property was in what appeared to me total disrepair. The screen of the tv had been scraped by some object in its entirety and one could barely see the picture. The side chair arms were terribly dirty and i wouldn't sit in it. The office person was pretty pleasant but she was off to fix something else in another room right after I checked in.

Didn’t get the room I wanted. Wanted a king got 2 queen so very little space to walk around. Food for breakfast was limited to cold food.

If you’re looking for an overnight place to stay, this Quality Inn was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean, hot shower with good water pressure and nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend the Quality Inn in Ashburn Georgia!

When I got there, the bed was comfortable, the room temperature was easy to control with the heat-A/C unit. The refrigerator kept my drinks cold. The shower water temperature was easy to control. The television had all the channels I watch and I was able to enjoy Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and an exciting hockey game. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I took one star off for Property Condition because when I got there, it looked like they were renovating the lobby. They need to renovate at a time of year other than the Thanksgiving and Christmas season because the holidays are the busiest time of year and guests don't want to see the lobby littered with tools or sheets of lumber. I understand that sometimes renovating must be done but it's better if they do it the other ten months of the year.

The staff was kind, and the property was relatively clean. The biggest issue was, the room I was in being in a bit of disrepair. There was some water damage in the bathroom ceiling, and a few other small areas in the room. It wasn't perfect by any stretch. That being said, it wasn't horrible either. My biggest gripe was having to pay an extra $20 a day for one dog. I understand not everyone watches or trains their pets, but still. Can they not just charge people extra if there are problems? The hotel effectively ended up costing me $100 a night for what was really worth about $50.
