Ottima posizione, non troppo turistica ma in una zona molto comoda per gli spostamenti e con molti ristoranti e locali nelle vicinanze. Camera e bagno molto grandi. Ottima la pulizia. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile

Ci siamo trovati bene
All'arrivo prima dell'orario previsto, la nostra camera non era ancora disponibile, quindi ci hanno fatto salire all'ultimo piano dove c'è una terrazza con bar. Nell'attesa abbiamo utilizzato la buona connessione wifi per fare un itinerario della nostra giornata. All'una ci hanno consegnato la camera che era pulita e spaziosa. Anche la colazione la mattina successiva è stata ben servita, l'unica pecca è che ci sono delle bevande extra come il caffè. La posizione è buona, si arriva in 10 min a piedi dalla stazione della metro Panepistimo.

The staff was very nice, and the bathroom very nice and spacious. The environnement was very noisy, no way to open the window, and the air conditionning for several rooms, was on the balcony which made the balcony impossible to stay,

Há melhores opções
O hotel fica até bem localizado, fizemos quase tudo a pé. O único ponto é que nunca tinha água quente quando íamos tomar banho (mesmo pela manhã) e a internet não funcionava, o que para nós era bem importante.

A 10 minute walk to athens city center and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Return stay at Athens Way
We often choose Athens Way as a very good, reasonably priced Hotel in Central Athens. It never disappoints. Highlights this time were the service we received from staff, especially Mary. There was a slight fault in our allocated from and we were moved immediately to another with full apology. The room was as comfortable as ever and everything is very clean. Great place, next to Exarcheia, with its range of cafe bars. Highly recommended.

Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Chambre grande, propre, salle de bain très propre aussi, mais avec une grande vue sur... le bâtiment l’autre côté de la rue... très rapproché car les rues sont étroites. Hôtel assez près des attraits touristiques d’Athènes, mais le quartier est très bruyant même la nuit. (C’est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais voilà, si vous voulez de la tranquillité et du silence, ne pas choisir le centre de la ville). Somme toute, j’ai bien aimé l’hôtel pour le prix, grandeur de chambre, situation dans la ville et les employés.

Little things that matters! We got it!
Generally we are very pleased and satisfied with the room provided. In particular, it was the small things that mattered, which was provided by the hotel: such as free usage of smartphone with data, facilities to make hot drinks, bedroom slippers. None of these were given in another 5 star hotel we stayed in prior to moving here.

Chère Cécile Merci d'être revenu et d'avoir pris le temps de passer en revue votre dernier séjour à Athens Way Hotel. Nous regrettons que vous ayez eu un incident aussi déplaisant pendant votre séjour, mais nous pensons savoir de quoi il en retourne. Bien sûr, il n’ya pas de problème d’eau qui relie les murs. Cela se produit parfois quand il fait très froid dehors et que la climatisation fonctionne entre 28 et 30 degrés Celsius. Cela provoque de l'humidité dans la pièce, surtout si la fenêtre est fermée toute la journée et que de l'air frais ne pénètre pas. En plus de cela, nous espérons que vous n'avez pas rencontré d'autres problèmes et que vous avez passé un agréable moment à Athènes. À bientôt!

Everything was “ok” except the breakfast. We went up for breakfast around 9:30 and everything was freezing cold, even the coffee. Beside that, it was comfortable.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking time to review your recent stay at Athens Way Hotel. We are very sorry to know you didn't have the chance to enjoy your breakfast. Some of our products are baked or cooked early in the morning, right before breakast starting time (07.30 am). After that we use special boxes to keep them warm. It might have skipped our attention that were out of order. We once again apoloise for the unpleasant incident. Overall, we really hope you enjoyed your stay with us. Looking forward to seeing you some time in the nearest future.

It’s all about location
30 minute walk into the heart of the Athens tourist areas and shopping district. So only issue for us was it’s a bit away from everything, So make sure you have everything when you go out. 25 minute walk to the Government building to see the changing of the guard (which takes place every hour) Was a little concerning when every evening there were police buses parked outside the hotel with police stood on street corners with their guns and helmets. One night they had a few carrying riot shields. Gym just down the road, local cafe’s, a 24hr bakery right near the hotel. Roads outside and next few blocks are all one way. If you need parking there is none at the hotel, but indoor parking around 500m near by thats obviously an added extra. Few book and toy shops, a chemist right near by as well.
