Ottima la camera familiare con cucina, letto comodo con molto spazio a disposizione. Vista dalla terrazza sul partenone ineguagliabile, colazione ok anche se con poco spazio per potersi sedere

OK...first the hotel was decent. The morning breakfast was great. The room was clean (however the bathroom door handle fell off). The hotel desk folks were not the warmest or welcoming. The elevators were kind of wonky-some times they worked sometimes they didn't. Now, when I booked the room I had not looked at the area around the hotel - when I finally got around to looking at the street view I was very dismayed. The area did not look safe. I also started to read reviews that solidified what I saw. I knew I couldn't get a refund so I kept the reservation. Here's the thing, not only is the area around Boss Boutique really bad, ALL of Athens is in the same state! I think anywhere you book a room will be in or very near a bad area. So, not the hotels fault. I overheard the hotel receptionist arguing with someone on the phone and she stated "all of Athens is like this, it is a very poor city". So hard to believe that a place that is a major tourist area could be so downtrodden. Sad.

Excellent service. Nice little touches to make the guest feel take care of, like a complimentary bottle of wine and an offer of a boxed breakfast when I had to check out very early. They kindly arranged a taxi airport transfer and were very pleasant. Also appreciated high-tech convenience such as buttons inside the suite to indicate DND.

Lige fra indtjekningen gik det desværre ikke som planlagt. Vi havde booket et værelse med 1 enkelt seng & 1 dobbeltseng. Da vi ankom blev vi tildelt et andet værelse end bestilt, hvor der kun var en dobbeltseng, som receptionen havde overset. Vi viste dem derfor vores bestilling, men de kunne ikke opfylde bestillingen og gav os i stedet et værelse med 2 enkelt senge. Jeg vil forvente at når bestillingen ikke opfyldes, at der tilbydes et mindst lige så godt værelse eller anden service. Alternativt nedslag i pris, men det gjorde der ikke. Morgenmaden var af ringere kvalitet end beskrevet og anvist på billeder. Sortimentet mindre. Isoleringen på værelserne var for dårlig, da vi kunne hører elevatoren knirke op og ned gennem den sene aften/nat. Derudover var hotellet anvendt til flere antal skoleklasser af arrangement størrelse på over 30 personer, som ikke bør forventes i et beskrevet 5 stjernet hotel som støjede. Hotellets elevator var flere gange blokkeret af eksterne tømre, som var i færd med at male i den smalle gang, som er den eneste vej op til værelserne. Værelsets andre indehavende såsom badeværelser & rengøring var af rimelig kvalitet.

Bra hotell i ett mycket farligt och dåligt område
Hotellet var helt ok, men ligger i ett väldigt dåligt område. Mycket prostitution och droghandel dygnet runt, narkomaner, uteliggare och prostituerade hänger i hela området, även precis utanför hotell entren. Hotellet hade två vakter så hotellet var säkert men kan pga läget tyvärr inte rekommenderas.

This is a nice property in Central Athens. We only stayed one night, but it was reasonably priced and reasonable accommodations. I would recommend it.

The room was spacious, very clean, with toothbrushes, several bars of soap and bottles of shampoo available along with slippers. Ironically, they do not stock any boxes of tissues, so you have to use toilet paper if you need a tissue. Nancy at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful with our questions. Large waiting area in case you arrive early and your room is not ready. Would definitely book again if we go back to Greece. I should also mention very close to bus and train transportation, shopping, and eateries. There are some homeless people in the area, but from what we saw of Greece, there is a very large homeless population everywhere we went. So sad.

Great room. Staff was a bit inattentive when I checked in. Not the best area at night, but they have security. Convenient to a main subway station. Breakfast was adequate. What you receive and the price you pay match up well.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Boss Boutique in June of 2023. The staff were very helpful, especially Demtrios, who looked after everyone coming and going, coordinating taxi's, helping with luggage, giving directions, recommendations, etc. The rooms and facility were spotless, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazingly delicious with many wonderful choices. The price was very good. Location was a quick 1 block up, 3 block over walk to Ommonia Station where you could catch a bus or take the subway to all the sites of Athens. Taxi's also available. Restaurants within walking distance, staff able to make recommendations. Some room's window views were of the back, which was adjacent to the back sides of other buildings (concrete), so if you are counting on a beautiful view from your window, that is not necessarily the case, but the other positives of the hotel make up for it. The neighborhood is inner city, so some of the usual that comes with inner city but we felt safe walking after dark in a group of 2 or more. Other people, tourists out walking as well. Overall, very pleased with our stay at Boss Boutique, Athens!

The neighborhood is sketchy. Be sure to ask the front desk staff where not to walk, one block away and you'll come across druggies and the red light district. Room is run down, white walls are dirty, and sheets do not necessarily feel clean.

Lovely hotel, but in a slightly rough area. On walk back from the city centre, saw many homeless people shooting up; however, this cannot be blamed on the hotel. Aircon in the room was poor, but that was only downside within the hotel's control.

Les murs des chambres étaient très salles, mais tout ce que vous aurez à utiliser est propre. Pour la localisation, c’est près des attractions, mais on prenait un taxi pour rentrer le soir car ça ne semblait pas très sécuritaire. Good location within a metro stop away from Monasteraki or a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The property is very new and clean. The breakfast was very busy in the morning with the many large groups. Good breakfast offering. The checkout at 12pm is very convenient giving you sufficient time to not feel so rushed at check out time. Good price for the location.

Excellent hotel in a tough part of town. NearMetro
The area around the hotel is something that might be an issue for many tourists but I enjoyed the breakfast, service and cleanliness. Coming from Victoria BC I am somewhat hardened to the drug, alcohol and craziness associated with the homeless issue as we just came from 2 months of travel of which a large portion was in Turkey. Quite a different landing as I felt I was North America. I am used to this bizarre street theatre and saddened to see it in Athens. Hotel was worth it to me as we are not ones to venture out late at night so we enjoyed the hotel and staff as they were excellent.

Bel hotel, le personnel est très gentils et à l'écoute des besoins. Ils nous ont très bien accueilli, le brunch est copieux. Par contre les murs sont en carton, la nuit on entend les voisins comme si on sejournait avec eux.
