I booked this property specifically due to the free shuttle to/from airport. The property itself was nice and very secure. (Beds not the most comfortable but that’s a personal opinion) Good communication from property manager.
HOWEVER…..FREE TRANSPORTATION is not guaranteed. I had been very specific with how many adults and how many bags we were traveling with. The return van to the airport had already picked up 4 adults with 4 large bags so therefore not enough space for our 4 large bags and 4 bodies. We were told we could wait 25 minutes for them to arrange another van or we could pay for a taxi ourselves. With arrival time to the airport being of high importance, we were left with no option but to take a taxi and pay €20. I called and spoke to transportation manager and was told there is no reimbursement as we could have waited for another free van. The other people already in the van said the same had happened to them the day before and they too had to pay for a taxi.
Disappointed in the customer service from the transportation end because the property was worthy of the stay for our purposes.
Be aware. Would have rated a 4 if not for transportation issue.
