Very Good hotel, excellent position
Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns everywhere. The only bad thing is that the Laundry must be paid comparing to another nearby hotel where is free. Dinner is good but a bit limited in choices, no coke and light beer, only water and dark beer. Breakfast is ok, classic bacon eggs juice and milk offer. Free coffee and hot chocolate/tea sachets night and day.

Staff was amazing, facilities very clean. Only negative was turnoff from Mopac - challenging! Will definitely stay again.

Slight vibration in the adjustable air vent (facing the door) . I first thought it would bother me and tried to readjust it but it was stuck with paint, but I never noticed it any more during the stay.

We called about early check in, at the time there wasn't anything but as soon as room became available, we received a call that it was ready. We came over to check in and drop our stuff off. Super friendly staff and very accommodating.

We were pleasantly surprised of how clean our room was as well as the general facilities. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was so fast and convenient doing it from the Hilton Honors app.

I liked my suit which had a bedroom with two queen beds and living room.it had sink qnd dishwasher which I didn't use but it was helpful.and also I liked the breakfast which was really good in compare with same priced suits!

All the staff was so helpful, caring and extra nice. I would definitely come stay here again. I came to Austin for my daughter's wedding. My only regret is that the whole family should of gotten rooms here. The best breakfast in a long time.
