The good: helpful staff, 24 h restaurant and pool on roof top. The bad: room was dated, in need of some repairs. No kettle and no tissue box, little things can improve comfort. Pool was opened to people from outside for a fee, confirmed by some staff. Was crowded at times, with some people going in with regular clothes. The pool was the reason I booked here. Disappointed.

All staffs are great. Very attentive and helpfull. Nice location. Very close to Terminal 3 airport. Walkable to shopping and lots of restaurant around. Wish we stayed for few nights prior to our flight.

"Ideal location for the centre of the town and about a 15 minute walk to the viewpoint for Lake Taal and the Taal volcano. Staff were very attentive, ultra polite. It was not busy during the duration of my stay but I do wonder how the very small cafe would cope at busier times."
