Non abbiamo soggiornato in quanto all'arrivo siamo stati investiti da un persistente odore di fognatura, lo chalet standard vista giardino si è rivelata un camera minuscola, non si sapeva nemmeno dove aprire la valigia, scarsa pulizia con per terra un tampax (fortunatamente nuovo), incastrata tra altre due. In pratica tre camere che condividevano un piccolo patio per di più sporco. Il bagno non merita menzione. Abbiamo chiesto di avere una camera più decente ma erano al completo. Abbiamo deciso di cercare altro. Non ci hanno riconosciuto nessun rimborso.

Struttura in ottima posizione, camera spaziosa e confortevole, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo il plus della navetta da e per l'aeroporto. Personale eccezionale sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente. Unico punto da migliorare (o forse no, data la poca presenza di turisti) la colazione per noi occidentali, solo cibi orientali unico punto dolce pancarré e marmellata

Free transfer from/to the airport was amazing, as well as the other free transfers to tourist attractions. The only low was that I am convinced that the bed sheets were not fresh.

I love having airport shuttle for free and even free scheduled transportation going to the city. The food is good. The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable.

The hotel was the only one in the downtown area that I found offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport (as well as being able to drop off/pick up at sights in the area). The location is behind a youth center so is quiet and just around the bend from one of the main thoroughfares. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice with shower partitioned from the rest of the bathroom. The wifi is very slow and buffers a lot — but when in Brunei, do you really need to be connected all the time? Be happy! Overall, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend travelers to stay here.

便利というほどではないですが、が小さいのでオールドモスクなど街中の主要な場所へは20分以内で歩けるロケーションです。 朝食も多少は日々変わっており、それなりに美味しいです。 たた部屋でWi-Fiが若干弱く、テレビの電波も映ったのは3チャンネル程度でした。 またシャワーの水量は問題なかったですが、洗面所の配管からか、コバエのような虫が出てくるのは、小さな問題かな。 総じて満足でした。 空港まで往復無料サービスは、ありがたかった。 またツアーサービスはガドンナイトマーケットまで利用しました。10ブルネイドルですが、僕は当日2時間前に申込みしましたが、1時間前位の人は満席でしたので、早めにお願いした方が良いでしょう。

Great value
It is a hotel with a great quality to price ratio. It offers mostly everything a 3 star hotel should have. I would underline some of the following positive aspects: - great cleanliness (they really do scrub and mop the floors, you can easily walk barefoot around the room without feeling dirty) - staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in true Bruneian style (as we have recently found out) - the transport service is a nice touch and will save you some dollars on Dart (the local Uber). Mind you, on busy days the service is done based on availability and other customer's needs, so on some of the trips we chose to go by ourselves. And some of the longer journeys which require extra payments (like the Empire Brunei or Jerudong Amusement Park) are actually cheaper with Dart. But overall a great plus for this hotel. - breakfast is good. Around 6 choices every morning, all quite tasty - water is supplied for free Areas where some improvement might be necessary: - we booked a superior room but the size is not actually that big. There is no wardrobe or closet where you can put your clothes (just a small clothes hanger area) so we ended up putting them around the room. - some amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste could be supplied in the room.

The complimentary car transfer was great and was convenient to the tourist spots. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and tried to help me arrange the National Park tour. Many thanks to them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice that they had free shuttle service! But the breakfast was terrible and the schampo and soap made the body itch. Pretty good location, Walking distance Almost everywhere.

Ein riesen Plus ist der Gratis-Shuttle (sowohl von/zu Flughafen) als auch innerhalb der Stadt von und zum Hotel - fast wie ein Hopon/Hopoff Bus. Ansonsten, das Zimmer im zweiten Gebäude war ganz OK. Jedoch auch bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber hat alles was es braucht und es war ruhig. Klimaanlage könnte ein wenig stärker sein. Frühstück Auswahl eher grenzwertig.

Nice but basic hotel. Great location for walking into town, safe, and clean. Has a free shuttle to touristy locations, as well as airport pick up/drop off. This place is not fancy, but for what it is where it is, it’s very good.

Best thing was the availability of a free shuttle to go to many of the attractions in Brunei. Unfortunately I would have to say the worst part was the food options at the hotel and very limited options close to the hotel.

ダウンタウンも徒歩圏で便利
デラックスダブルに2泊しました。 オールドモスクやロイヤルレガリア、水上集落へのボート乗り場まで徒歩圏内で便利です。 空港やガドンナイトマーケットなどの要所に無料シャトルバスで送迎してもらえるのはとても重宝しました！ 朝食は無料でincludeされているので、内容はあまり期待はできないですが、卵料理のリクエストができて良かったです。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。

La habitación pequeña y falta de muebles, no tenía ni mesillas. La limpieza bastante justa y la habitación que nos dieron muy ruidosa, apenas se podía descansar. El personal muy amable, tienen servicios de Transfer al aeropuerto y a la ciudad, ilimitados y gratuitos. Relación calidad precio muy caro
