キッチンは有るものの食器類は全く無くお飾りのキッチンだった。 洗濯/乾燥機が有るということで予約したが、部屋にはなく他の宿泊客との共有スペースに有り、コイン式で1回日本円で400円と高くがっかりした。 長期滞在には、向かないと思う。

If the guest wants to cook food notify the front desk to arrange cooking sets and food in the room2.Washing machine there are no clothes in our room. But there is a laundry room. Use a coin-operated dryer instead.If this stay is not convenient The hotel accepts the suggestion and apologizes for any inconvenience on this occasion.

I stayed in One bed suite.Good location being 200 metres from main Sukhumvit Rd and a 5 to 10 min walk to BTS Punawitti station, outside all within 5 mins or so is street foods, massage, new shopping centre. The small roof top pool and gym are on the sister building 20 metres from residence entrance. Spent more time than usual in room this trip so watched tv...not up to much...one movie channel for English speaking and a couple of news channels, this proved to be inadequite. The kitchen is ok ...2 electric hob rings and a microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a sit in not lie down bath with a shower over the bath enclosed by another bug bear of mine a shower curtain, why, especially Thailand do they have a bath...surely its gotta be a walk in shower. I have stayed here before several years ago....it was as I remembered except there are no views from room and the views from the pool have been impaired by the developments all around. The staff are excellent and cleanliness is apparenr throughout the property these factors do make up somewhat for the negatives , tv, shower, views, but for me not enough, I would stay again but only for a night or 2.

My stay at Golden Pearl Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand
I originally booked my room in Jun 2018 and was told the room would cost us 62000 Thai Baht. The hotel contacted me in October, 2018 to inform me they had charged me too much. The room ended up costing me 315 Euros. That was quite a savings. All of the staff who we met were very kind and tremendously helpful.

浴室蓮蓬頭水很小，溫度又不穩定，冷熱十分難控制，不是過熱就是過冷，跟櫃台反應過也無效 除此之外，其他一切都還算能夠接受

Complaint to the service of the Golden perl hotel
How do I write a letter of complaint to the service of the Golden perl hotel.I was staying at the Hotel Golden. perl from booking through Hotels.com on 24/10 / 18-30 / 10/18. But on 29/10/18 at around 2.00 PM .Have events with hotel staff used to method bring the towels across my face and informed me that I made a small towel which polluted ,must pay damages of contaminated 200 Baht at in front of the counter. Then there are other customers sitting at the counter for 4-5 people. I can not accept such behavior.Because it is revile client and I can't accept such events and services.So I would like check out within days.which I pay for accommodation.I would like to refund from Golden perl hotel of the day 30 / 10 / 18 night as soon as possible. I hope when you receive a complaint you will usually deal with it or handle it as quickly as possible

OK for a short Stay
I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip, and for all intents and purposes it was OK. The staff were helpful, and one of the doormen was exceptionally quick to assist with anything. However, there are some small details that would make me explore other options next time I'm in Bangkok. E.g. the water in my shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold, it wasn't possible to get a good balance. Additionally, regardless how strategically I placed the shower curtain, water leaked all over the bathroom. The water in the kitchen sink and bathroom basin were both only cold. The air-conditioning is really loud, so if you're a light sleeper it might annoy you. There was a jumping bug on my bed, so I just wonder where there might be more. The wifi router was unstable, and i complained in the evening. After 12hrs it still wasn't fixed. The next morning I informed them again, and the situation could've been handled better instead of disturbing me again. The room service order was wrong, and instead of correcting it they told me if i wanted what i ordered, it would take "a very long time because they're very busy". The sheet changing policy seemed inconsistent, and isn't stated anywhere clearly that I could see. On my third day it wasn't changed. Even though the room offered a small kitchen, no pots/pans, bowls, or cutlery are provided.

殘舊， 水壓不足 ，沖涼都有困難 洗頭根本沒有可能 ，一間房 最多有兩個wifi password登入。

部屋は広かったが、中の設備が少し古い　 駅から遠く、テレビの番組表や　備品の場所が分かりくい セーフティーBOXも壊れていたし、ドアの鍵も空きづらかった シャワーもちょぼちょぼとしか出てこなかった 朝食は大変美味しかった　満足です　味付けが最高でした 別棟にある　プールは開放感があって大変良かったです 家族や恋人と泊まるには向いていません　 ビジネスユースであれば十分だと思います

Just acceptable
Hotel is old but quite clean, staffs are quite friendly but sometimes hard to communicate with. Breakfast is not really good, location is acceptable, not really close to anywhere but have a 7-11 near by and you can find few messages nearby.
