Buona posizione
Situato a due passi dalla stazione che collega Bangkok all'aeroporto e dal mercato del Prathunam. La struttura non è il massimo ma il personale è molto cordiale e gentile.

Right in the heart of the shopping area, markets and street food. Sky train a short walk away. Lovely staff especially reception staff who printed our tickets for our onward journey. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a super friendly receptionist which led us to our room and made sure we were good with everything before she left. stayed here for 3 nights, hotel location is near to the night markets, shopping malls eg. platinum, big C and central world. There are many convenience stores nearby as well. The room was well lighted, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to friends to stay at when they’re in bangkok and would personally come back here to stay as well. special thanks to Ms Areeya for going the extra mile to prepare a cake for us as it was one of our birthday.

그저그런.....
지하철역과 가까워서 이동하기는 편했다~ 하지만 주변에 쇼핑몰같은 큰 매장은 없고, 엘레베이터가 있지만 좁고 에어컨이 없어서 더워요~ 방이 좁아서 두 명이상 쓰기 좀 불편할 수 있어요~ 화장실도 좁고, tv도 오래된 낡은 거라 보지 않았습니다~

Not the Best Looking but Big and Spacious would st
The Hotel and the Rooms could do with some Refurbishment but GREAT Vakue for Money close to the Main hub and the room had 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms and 2 TV's and a Longeroom inbetween the 2 Bedrooms and very Spacious we werer very Happy and we Plan to stay again

Worst ever stay in such hotel!
The hotel was way too old, and poorly maintained, lift was too small. Room was dirty, and too dark. Lighting was not sufficient.

酒店座落在鐵軌的旁邊，后面是一個垃圾收集站，整間酒店都聞到臭味和聽到火車、汽車通行的噪音，簡直無法入睡。而且工作人員完全無禮貌，絕對不推薦入住。

スワンナプーム空港のアクセスは最高、典型的なアジアの格安ホテル
空港アクセスのシティーライナー駅ラチャプロラップ駅から徒歩５分。ただしソイの奥にあり大通りラチャプロラップ通りからは見えないので、詳細な地図で確認しておくとよい。タクシーの場合、インドラリーゼントホテルで降りてラチャプロラップ通りから行くほうが分かりやすいかもしれない。 英語はなんとか通じる（通じないときもある）、部屋は清潔とはいえないが清掃はきちんと行われている。要するに典型的な東南アジアの格安ホテル。フロントのおばさん、お姉さんはフレンドリーで、チェックイン前後に荷物を預かってもらえる。アメニティーは固形せっけんとシャンプーのみ。ビーチサンダル等が必携。 一つつけくわえると、エアポートリンクは始発が６時過ぎ、最終は１２時であり、早朝便を利用する場合は注意を要する。

DONT stay in this hotel
You can stay in this hotel IF you are OK with: 1. cockroaches running in the room 2. the terrible and ill manner receptionist 3. garbage smell in the room ( the hotel is beside the garbage place) 4. dirty bed (itchy during the sleep) 5. no hair dryer during your stay (the receptionist said they have only ONE hair dryer for the whole hotel)

위치는 좋음/ 시설은 그냥여인숙 수준 /직원들 태도 마음에 않들음
시설은 그저그랬다 하지만 직원들 소님 대하는 태도가 영아니다. 친절교육 좀 다시 시켜야 겠다 이번에도 또 방콕에 갈 기회가 있어서 역하고 가까워서 예약하려 했는데 직원들 태도가 영 마음에 않들어서 다른곳으로 바꿔다.

Bad, air cond is hot, but good location
Staff is bad, no friendly. My room air cond is hot and ask them come to check, still not working, then they only let me change to another room.

Galleries and common way were stinking of sever, may be some treatment plant or something near by. Room too small As specified buffet breakfast No such facility was available in hotel.

Hadde ikke dratt hit om jeg fikk betalt engang!
Vi bestilte rom her, for å kunne sette fra oss bagasjen når vi skulle spise, og dusje før vi skulle til flyplassen. Det luktet vondt i hele etasjen, flekker på lakenet, spindelvev i taket og masse bråk utenfra! Dusjen sprutet alle veier, så jeg fikk ikke vasket håret! Når vi skulle ut å spise, forsøkte vi å låse døra, men så knakk nøkkelen inni låsen, uten bruk av makt! De krevde at vi skulle betale for at vi ødela nøkkelen, og de hadde ikke noen ny nøkkel eller et annet rom! Hun sa at vi bare kunne la bagasjen være der, da ingen ville gå inn dit.. Endte med at vi tok med bagasjen og dro til flyplassen og spiste middag der!

I was looking for a budget room, and this one was great! It had a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable! I did not stay long, but I did not have any issues while there.

Prima hotel voor de locatie, verwacht geen luze
Deel van het personeel is niet klantvriendelijk. Kamers zijn erg gehorig. WiFi werkte helft van de tijd niet en werd elke dag weggewuifd als tijdelijk probleem. Weinig oplossingsgericht, maar wel een ok kamer op een prima locatie. Prijs/kwaliteit is ok.

最悪最低なフロント
自分のHotels.comアカウントで3人3部屋を電話で予約。しかし3人一部屋、それもダブルの部屋でって言われマジ切れた。Hotels.comに電話して対応してもらったが、フロントの女は理解しなく、Hotels.comオペレーターとフロント女でもめにもめて2時間後に3人3部屋になりました。最後にフロント女がI'm unhappyだって。ガン付けてきたから自分も喧嘩モードに。部屋も窓なしカビ臭いコンセント壊れてるwifi激弱。最低最悪なホテルです。このホテルの向かいや斜向かいに同じ価格帯のホテルがあるので、そちらをオススメします。最悪なバンコク旅行(7泊)でした。

Good hotel with very bad receptionist in the morni
It was horrible . The moment you enter in the morning one ugly down syndrome creature treats you like dog. Least bother for the customer. As if she is the only commander for all the customer. But day time receptionist was nice and very professional. Overall Pl avoid this hotel if customer from outside Thailand. Worst experience with ugly receptionist who sits in the morning hour

Khach san chi la 1 sao thoi ma quang cao 3 sao. Thau tien buffet breakfast ma khong cung cap, chi cho an 1 mon an nhe la 1 ly nuoc uong khong xung dang voi so tien dong cho bua an buffet. Nhan vien khong than thien, noi tieng Anh qua kem khong hieu nhu cau cua khach.

worst hotet experience that i ever have!
20min walk to pratnum mall. We are being greeted with the hotel staffs who do not wear a smile on their faces. travel with family and children. being located family room on 2nd level where the hotel lift does not serve 2nd level. Have requested for hot water from the staff. the staff does not seem willing to provide. hence we have to self service. We have requested for airport shuttle which costs more than doubt (800baht) but the arrangement was delayed for more than 35min. when we prompted her what is the estimated arrival time. she asked to give her more 5min. eventually, she refunded and we have to look for own transport. because of that, we only managed to board on our plane to another country at the very last minute. Been to BKK for so many times, worst hotel.experience that i ever have!

まあまあ満足の域です。
早朝ホテルに到着しましたが、チエックインできました。 口コミは、凄いと思いました。書いてある通りである、笑えるなと思いました。シャワーのお湯が出ないと、フロントに行くと英語が上手く通じず、見にこようともしませんでした。 口コミによると、シャワーは快適だった書き込みがあった事を思いだし。 部屋へ戻り、椅子を持ち込み見ると、電源がオフになっておりました。 壁が薄く、夜中になり静かになると、隣の声と鞄を開ける音すら聞こえてきたり、外か近くの部屋かの、声と音楽がうるさく、寝れませんでした。 しかし、立地は良いと思います。空港線から近い、買い物、食べ物、マッサージと便利です。値段を思うと、満足と言えるかもしれません。
