Älteres Hotel was man teilweise sehen kann aber mit einem tollen Charme. Zimmer sehr angenehm. Superleise Air-con und tolles Personal. Sehr freundlich. Sehr leise und in den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben auch verlängert weil es uns gefiel. Wer keine sterilen neuen Hotels mag so wie ich, ist hier bestents aufgehoben. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

Outside of property does not appear so inviting but my room was quiet and spotless . Aircon and shower worked fine. TV old but not stay in room for this with so many things to do and eat around here.

Less than 10 mins walk to BTS and shopping mall. Have 711 store very near. Look like old hotel but was comfortable. Have bath tub but no toothbrush provided. Have spa onsite. Room was clean daily.

このホテルに1週間宿泊しました！わたしは次回の滞在もココに決めました。このホテルはお勧めポイントがいっぱいあります。とにかくレセプションの３人がいつも笑顔でコンシェルジュの様に寄り添って対応してくれます。わたしは宿泊中に幾つかの困難に遭いました。ですが全てレセプションの３人が気持ちよく対応してくれたのです。そしてこのホテルは建物自体は古いですが、室内清掃は丁寧で完璧でした。清掃担当はタイランドの人とは限らないので個人的注文はレセプションを通すとスムーズです。このホテルでは屋内喫煙はできません。ですがこのホテルにはゆったりとしたテラスがあります。そこで風を浴びながら喫煙や飲食も可能でした。 最後に今回の旅ではまるで我が家の様に居心地の良い時間が過ごせました。全てこちらで働いてる従業員のお陰です。心から感謝を伝えします。ありがとうございました！

Our home from home
Our hotel of choice when staying in Bangkok, as they know us, they immediately gave us a free upgrade, which they didn't ned to do, we were only staying one night.we had an early coach to catch next morning, so would miss breakast, so they did us sandwiches & gave us a favorable rate for their mini bus to take us to the coa h pick up. The rooms have undergone their second refurbishment & look back up to their previous glory. We have our last night in thailand back in Bangkok & have another night back at the residence, wouldnt stay anywhere else, its a home from home for us.

Clean & spacious
Originally booked for junior suite: do not look like photo: noisy (outside construction), the entire suite was old & run-down: yellow walls, dirty bathroom & kitchen We were able to exchange to 2-modern hotel rooms w/connecting doors, very clean & spacious Nice, friend staff & good breakfast

服務人員很有親切，但房間很不OK，跟圖片完全不一樣。床傾斜，燈光也不足，房間有桌子，但沒有椅子，另一間房放了兩張單人床，其中一個單人床，直接擋住衣櫥，導致衣櫥無法開啟使用。浴室水槽下的門已腐爛，看起來很可怕，廚房也是牆上有腐爛的木材。對面房間，可以直接看過來我們室內，無論何時，都需要關上窗廉...，房間也變的暗暗的。

We book online stated one kid of 6 yr old. And hotel.com state is free breakfast for all. But on the spot tell me breakfast half price for kid of 6 year old. And they check for the paper slipper given. As one go under the bed. They hold me on until they find that out. Finally there is construction now, it is not possible to walk to paragon. They should have stated that when booking or provide a free shuttle. The location is bad due to the construction.

Bad service, extra charges for everything
Booked this hotel primarily for two reasons: they offered around the clock check in, and the location. Boy, were we disappointed. We arrived at the hotel at 10/10:30am. We were charged not only a cash deposit - which I don't understand why we were as they had our credit card and passports - but they also charged us 1000THB for "EARLY CHECK IN". How can one check in early if the hotel offers around the clock check in? And checking in at 10/10:30 is hardly early. Had we known this we would have chosen a different hotel. The room itself was fine. Nice big bed, bathtub, generally a good standard. The reception area is old, and seems a bit dodgy at best. On the evening before we were leaving we asked the reception to order us a taxi for 4:30am the next morning. They wrote it down. The next morning we're down in the reception waiting for our cab at 4:30am, and nothing. We waited until almost 5 am, ask them if our taxi was ordered as we had asked for the day before. They promised that the taxi was on it's way. We kept waiting until 5:15am, and still no cab. At that point we had one of the staff go out in the street to get us a taxi with a meter. We made it to our bus just in time. Generally very unhappy with our stay here.

good location n good breakfast spread
good location, 10min walk from Platinum Fashion mall and to Siam n Ratchathuwi BTS stations. need to know where to turn into the alley that leads to this hotel. Else location is excellent. breakfast spread was good. room is not fantastic, but reasonable for town area and this rate. security within hotel is good, room card is needed to access the lift. Wifi is good too.

Ikke særlig god service. Døren til det ene værelse gik i baglås, efter 1,5 time blev nyt værelse tildelt . Dig uden at få døren åbnet dvs alt baggage var på det aflukkede værelse. Blev fikset dagen efter hvorefter lås igen gik i itu. Nyt værelse med baggagen med og alligevel blev der charget fir de 3 vand der var blevet drukket fra minibar. Ingen snak om kompensation

Big and clean family 2-room apartment
The hotel itself is quite conveniently located...only 10 mins walk to Siam Paragon and other malls but is located on a small street and access is not too convenient. HOtel wise...the building is quite old and the exterior and hallways show its age. The room itself (we booked 2-bedroom apartment) is large and spacious. If you need the space at limited budget, it's a great choice, otherwise there's many other hotels. Breakfast is nothing to shout about. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Central hotel, fine for a quick stay
The room we had at this hotel was great if all you're after is a place to relax after your day. The staff were all lovely however we did have some issues with communication as most only have broken English.

Very nice hotel. Good to stay.
We stayed for 4 nights. It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly.The room was big, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were nice for American and Asian style. The hotel's location was close to the BTS station. It took about 10 minutes walk to the station or the MBK shopping mall. It also close to the some very big cloth centres at Water Gate area.

1) Poor location. 2) Request for 1 extra access card, need 300 bhat. 3) Charging drinking water without informing price. 4) My sister & I stay for 4D3N. First night we request for mineral water, the receptionist said need to pay money. Then we bought it ourselves from 7-11. Second night we request for mineral water with another receptionist, we has been told that, we can contact the operator when our water are finished & he will send it to us. But then, we didn’t make any calls & request for it. Because we bought it ourselves again. Third day when we back to hotel after room cleaning in the evening. We saw the water has been refilled, then we just drink it without further doubts. Last day when we checked out in the 7:00am morning, the staff said we need to pay 120 bhat for extra drinking water. 5) When I request for receipt, he said no receipt will be given. 6) Conclusion, not satisfied with the hotel services. I won’t recommend it to me friend.

Overall an enjoyable stay
Good hotel location! Short walk to Platinum Mall. The restaurant below has decent food. Reception always manages to get metered taxis for us. Room was spacious with a table for dining. Toilet amenities were very basic. Recommend to bring your own toiletries. Hotel also was not willing to provide an extra towel for my infant. Cleanliness can be improved, there were a few baby cockroaches in the room. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Pada saat check in mendapatkan welcome drink orange juice (good..krn pd saat tiba cuaca dluar sangat panas). Memberikan deposit 1000 baht dan utk ekstra kunci kamar deposit 300 baht. Pendingin ruangan perlu wkt yg cukup lama utk dingin. Lokasi dkt dengan siam paragon dan daerah pratunam. Walau harus jalan sekitar 15 menit dengan anak. Kendaraan taksi atau tuktuk dapat ditemukan dengan mudah. Seven eleven ada ddepan hotel. Utk makan pagi dapat ditemukan dengan mudah dsekitar hotel
