“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. “The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation.
