“Accueil exceptionnel!!! Ricardo Margarita et Leonardo sont des hôtes formidables!!! Ils sont disponible et ultra serviable, c'est notre 4ème voyage en italie, on a toujours été très bien accueilli mais là c'est l'excellence!!! Le logement est très bien située 5 minutes des supermarchés à pieds, une dizaines de minutes de la mer qui est très propre à l'eau turquoise! Le train est à moins de 2kms (20mn à pied avec nos enfants de 8 et 9ans) ce qui nous a permis de visiter polignano a mare,...

“Other than the original lack of overall cleanliness (main floor and kitchen) the villa was very nice. The cleaning crew came back for a refresh and when we showed them the photos, the mopping and how dirty the bucket water was after we washed the floor, they admitted doing it too quick.”

“Everything was just perfect. House has a lot of space, was clean and beach infront of house empty (enourmous plus as all other public beaches fully crowded) with translucide blue water. All over I coudn't find better stay with conditions we wanted (big house - 4 rooms, 4 toilettes, big terrasse with lot of seats in different places, direct access to the beach, no stairs to the beach). “Insgesamt war die Unterkunft OK. Wir hatten zwar mit Mücken zu kämpfen, dass wird in der Gegend aber wahrscheinlich normal sein. Leider hatte der Vermieter zu dieser Zeit seine eigene Wohnung als Anbau an die Ferienwohnung fertiggestellt. Wegen dem Baulärm und der Bauarbeiter vor unserer Terasse einigten wir uns auf eine Verkürzung die jeder zu Hälfte bezahlt. Leider hat Paolo sich nicht an diese Abmaschung gehaltem. Auf Anfragen (selbst von Fewo oder vrbo) antwortet er einfach nicht mehr....

“We loved the private gated entrance, the beautiful gardens, the rooftop terrace with a view of the Adriatic. The beach was only a few minute walk away. Rossana was very welcoming and a great help with our stay. Can't wait to return.”
