Ottima posizione, le stanze sono un po’ piccole e con un armadio inesistente per sistemare i vestiti. Buona la colazione! Il parcheggio è vero cono all’hotel ma a pagamento! Si può migliorare!

Davvero soddisfatte
Abbiamo soggiornato a Basel solo una notte, di strada verso l'Alsazia. L'hotel è collocato all'interno della fiera, non distante dal centro (15 minuti a piedi ca.). Era sabato quindi non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, diversamente l'hotel ne ha uno in convenzione a 30 CHF al giormo. Camera fighissima, doccia ampia, tutti i campioncini disponibili. Ovviamente pulizia top. Minibar gratuito con acqua, birra, soft drink, 1 toblerone e un pacchetto di patatine. Tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero imperdibile per la Svizzera! Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception è stato gentilissimo: per qualche ragione, la mia richiesta per una camera con 2 letti non era arrivata, ma immediatamente housekeeping era in stanza e ci hanno rifatto i letti.

ottimo hotel in zona fiera
Hotel nuovissimo, ero all'11esimo piano con vista su tutta la città. Wi-Fi veloce e facile da connettersi, camera iper tecnologica con un sacco di luci led attivabili da una pulsantiera (compresa una luce sotto al letto per chi piace), minibar gratuito e c'erano birra, acqua, bibite, succhi, bagno spazioso con doccia che cade dal soffitto, insomma un ottimo hotel a un prezzo in offerta davvero vantaggioso!

To me...best hotel in Basel but ....
I love this hotel, I came to Basel last October and I stayed in this hotel almost 3 weeks that’s why I’ve decided this time to come back here. But this time I’ve been disappointed by the lounge. I always book the room with lounge access as last year there was a nice variety of hot food for dinner and the Nespresso machine. This year unfortunately they cut the cost and what they offer for the light dinner is only cold rolls and they removed the Nespresso machine. This is very disappointing for somebody like me who came 4 months ago and knew what to expect from the lounge. I need also to highlight another aspect of this hotel regarding the TV channels , they don’t have choice of English channels and also Italian channels. For the rest this hotel has 5 stars from my side as it’s very very clean modern comfy and also all the staff (from reception to breakfast) is great nice and super kind. I will be back here in future forever but I would them to know they have to improve the lounge setups back to how was 4 months ago. Internet is very fast and breakfast has a very good variety. Thank you for reading.

We were on 9th floor and had beautiful views of Basel area. Stylish, large room with plenty of space for large suitcases. Didn’t eat at hotel as restaurants in area are easy walking distance. Easy to get a tram that takes you up town and across the river to sightseeing points. Would definitely stay again.

Leiderbist es nicht möglich 6 Sterne für den Service bzw. das Personal zu vergeben,einen solche Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen hatte ich in dieser Weise in keinem anderen Hotel jemals erlebt! Die Zimmergröße mit der Raumaufteilung ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und trägt zum Ambiente im Allgemeinen des Hotels ein, für mich persönlich gesehen, noch nie da gewesenes Erlebnis. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr groß,dass ich bei meiner nächsten Reise in die Schweiz (speziell für Basel) dort wieder einchecken werde.

Pros: - Staff are absolutely dedicated, knowledgeable and on top of things! - Trams stop right next to the hotel, and it's within walking distance to much of the town. Also, right next door to exhibition hall. Cons: - HVAC is mediocre at best, but they do at least have fans that will be brought to the room. Shouldn't be necessary though, particularly in winter! - Inhouse dining is good but truly expensive. - Rooms are pretty cramped.

Tram is right out the front door. Breakfast and dinner options were great. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. The room we had was worth the money, lots of extras included. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern, comfortable
Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. We had a room on the 13th floor so had a great view of the city. There’s was no apparent recycling facilities in the room so I am unsure if this is carried out hence low eco-friendly rating. Over all great stay and good connectivity to city centre via trams

A good choice for Basel conference center
Nice hotel, a few steps from Basel conference center and in relative proximity to the city center. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit tight for 2 people.

Disappointing.
We chose the hotel because Biking use it and we were cruising with them. Disappointed with location and the service was not what we would expect from a hotel at this level. Executive Lounge was worthwhile having with a comfortable area to relax or play cards, and adequate food and wine.
