“Great stay at The Quays. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always made the effort to speak to you as you pass reception. As a guest of the hotel, we had discount in the restaurant which was a bonus also. Rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. And had good facilities such as iron, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and kettle. Only thing was, you couldnt control the AC in the room, it was centralised.”
