Police were at the property when we checked in. No staff were available to check us in - had to ring a bell and we were treated like we were inconveniencing the front desk upon check-in. Hallways were filled with dirt, and there were loud dogs right outside the window with an owner that seemed to be mistreating them. We were rudely awakened about checking out prior to checkout time. Overall, the area around the establishment was super convenient and near everything, but this seemed to have been a blemish on an otherwise great part of town to stay in.

There was loud music playing on our floor. That was corrected but the room above us moved furniture and banged on the floor for 2 hours. The location was convenient to food and shopping and the evening front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.

They gave my room to someone else and over booked
I showed up at the hotel and they had given my room away. The hotel claimed they called me, I had no missed call and no voicemail, I showed the lady and she claimed her call went straight to voice mail I said and you didn’t leave a voicemail? She said it wouldn’t let her. I’ve never had that issue and never got all kinds of calls all day long.

Didn’t make bed or clean room
Didn’t make the bed or clean waste basket once during the entire 4 days of my stay. Bright white spots on TV. All TV channels set to Spanish Audio SAP. No bucket to get ice. Not a single cup for water to brush teeth. Shower wouldn’t stop leaking water.

Avoid This Place If You’re Staying One Night
Minimal effort by the owners and staff towards making this place friendly for guests who aren’t staying for multiple nights. Staff did nothing to stop a party going on in the hotel parking lot that required police intervention to stop at 2:00 AM. Avoid this place if you’re going to only stay for one night.

There is a doggie daycare next-door and lots of barking from 7am-6pm daily, hotel caters to a construction crew that they give priority to and they are noisy and loud music late into the hours. Complaints were called in and made no difference. I was told by front desk manager only cares about them as they make a lot of money from them. Room floor was dirty, some walls were dirty and musty swelling. Will not stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again.

This was a horrible room. Never stay here is my warning. No coffee pot, glasses/cups, hair dryer, or iron. The refrigerator in the room was filthy. The shower was cracked. The mattresses were cheap. Horrible place all together and would never recommend.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. I have pictures of the room. I would love to share them. The pictures advertised for booking is not where close to the actual room. The sheets have burn holes and are stained. The toilet has not been cleaned. It has urine all over the top lid. The refrigerator is rusted. There are dead bugs in the light fixtures. This room is completely unacceptable.

I was incredibly disappointed. I got a smoking room which was miserable. There was a lot of mold around the refrigerator. It appeared that someone peed in the elevator and there were police officers entering the my floor when I was leaving. They seemed like they were in a hurry so I decided to leave quickly but only to step into the nasty elevator. I would not recommend.

i was surprised to have not plates, or silverware, picture on wall was just a frame with no pic. bathroom toilet seat had burn marks, i found 2 spiders in room. remote to tv did not work as batteries were bad, maintenance did arrive promptly and replaced batteries.. phone in room was non working from recent storm, no coffee in morning, luggage cart broken. lamps missing bulbs. . asked for a new towel from housekeeping and was told i needed to contact the front desk, hmm reluctantly i did receive a different towel.. was told to remove he trash before leaving.. hmm not sure i will return again

It was a little more dated than the pictures show. There was water damage in the room, and the refrigerator was rusting. We were there less than 12 hours- so it was adequate.

Horrible hotel … this is basically an extended stay hotel for companies that will not pay for decent hotel for construction workers... I booked this hotel for family weekend at UofA. after I checked in, I immediately went back down and checked out... they would not refund my money so I sucked it up and I went to stay at another hotel down the road.

Property mainly used for workers that need extended stay. Room hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Was convenient for quick overnight stay but you get what you pay for. Front desk lady was very nice and professional.

I lost my money! I could not stay any day in this hotel. Checking day, staff give me the room 208 the toilet was not flushing. Than he gave me another room number 213 at the conner. This room was more bad and serious environment that washer sink break, ceiling humidity at bed area and washing area the paint was pop off, smell that it made me difficult to breath. Finally, I walked out than called to cancel. So bad for me I could not talk by person just texting. Person texting said I could not refundable. I paid for five night $337.26 and Insurance fee. The reason I said that I was disappoint Days Inn & Suite by Wyndham in Bentonville. This is an attraction Walton Blvd and Moberly Lane, but this hotel environment and maintenance NEED to improved!

The lady who checked me in was very nice. We stayed on the 4th floor. You could construction workers lived on that floor as well. They hallway floors were pretty gross, not the hotels fault. The hallway had a weird smell to it. The bed was amazing. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Water pressure in the shower was pretty light, however the hot water lasted a while.

I check in and the entire smelled like cigarette smoke, several floor tiles missing. The room was dingy but when I pulled the sheets back there were stains and bugs.
