Rest assured, we are using this period to bring about some needed changes. For instance, all rooms have been equipped with new beds, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. And just a few weeks ago we installed new TV sets to enhance our guests' entertainment options. We believe these upgrades will add to the experience. Every year we add something new, like the new light system in 2022 and a refurbished lobby and breakfast area during the pandemic. We assure you, it is never getting boring with usWe're glad to hear that our receptionist made a positive impression on you. Our staff's friendly and helpful service is one of our core values.In regards to your comments on the warm water, we apologize for this inconvenience. Eventhough our water supply system is well maintained, 1 cascade surprised us with a leak, which caused the water pressure to plummet so that higher floors did not receive enough water. We reacted of course instantly and had technicians fix it, so the water supply was only out for a short time. Our team is committed to providing a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and your feedback is important to us.
