Albergo gradevole
Albergo gradevole situato a due passi da un'importante stazione che permette di raggiungere di luoghi più importanti di Berlino in poco tempo.

Hotel nuovissimo, camera ampia, pulita e confortevole. Situato a meno di 500m dalla stazione della metro di Gesundbrunnen (e dal relativo centro commerciale), attraverso la quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro (in 10 minuti si arriva alla porta di Brandeburgo). Consigliato.

Albergo invisibile
Albergo ancora in costruzione. Cambiata stanza che neppure avevka elettricità nelle prese. No internet. Non funzionava neppure la tv. Personale che si è scusato promettendo di risolvere i provlemi il giorno dopo. Ma nulla è stato risolto e il personale del giorno seguente neppure sapeva del problema

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft in guter zentraler Lage. In 5 Minuten ist man am S Bahnhof bzw. in einen sehr großen Einkaufszentrum. Allerdings muss ich zur Unterkunft selbst Abstriche machen. Ich kann jedoch nur für mein Appartement sprechen. Der Stil ist modern, allerdings waren die Wände stark verschrammt, im Bad waren diese sehr fleckig (wahrscheinlich ist der Anstrich sehr anfällig). Auch war das Licht im Bad sehr schlecht, sodass ich mich Vorbereich geschminkt habe. Das Zimmer war auch sehr hellhörig und das Licht von der Schlüsselkarte nachts extrem hell. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und der Stil der Unterkunft war toll, aber der Zustand entsprach leider nicht dem Preis. Für eine Nacht (Konzertbesuch) war es okay, aber das Preis-Leistung passte in diesem Fall nicht. Die Kochnische hatte ich mir auch anders vorgestellt... (bestehend aus Spülbecken und Wasserkocher)

Great breakfast and housekeeping was on top of all! Liked having parking available although car not needed since s and ubahn connection excellent. Big shopping center across the hotel and apartments. Would stay here again :)

L’appartement était extrêmement sale. De la nourriture était dans le placard ( nourriture qui devait dater au moins de 2 semaines). Il y a énormément de poussières dans la chambres et de saleté. Le canapé lit est soit disant « pour 2 personnes » sauf que c’est faux, c’est une tout petit canapé lit. Nous avons vu des insectes dans notre chambre, nous l’avons signalé à un employé, il nous a dit que nous mentions. Vraiment très déçue de cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

2 hotel male staffs went up to my room around 6 pm and opened my hotel door when i failed to respond to the reception call and the knocking on my door. Without permission, consent, and authorization, using their hotel access keys, they opened my door alleging my inability to pick up the telephone as the cause of their intrusion. It was 6:00 pm, and I was in the bathroom. They could not even wait until the next morning to discuss whatever it was they needed from me, a guest who is booked for 9 days in their hotel. Where is the guest's right to privacy? During a guest's tenancy, employees are not authorized to enter the room except for routine or requested cleaning and maintenance. Ocak Hotel has violated my right to privacy and endangered my security. Such a sad experience that you were more safe walking in the streets of beautiful Berlin than in the supposed to be comfort of your hotel room.

Quality accomodation but when you book an 'apart hotel' with a large kitchen, one expects to get plates, knives and forks, an oven ... All these thing where €30 extra/day and where not mentioned on the Expedia website.

The hotel was fine with very friendly staff. However, it is very misleading when they indicate a kitchenette. It comprises of cupboards, kettle for tea/ instant coffee and very small fridge. No other appliances or dishes are provided……not a toaster or microwave. If you would like these, we were told that it would be an additional 30 euros a day. I was very disappointed as I booked this hotel because of the kitchenette since we were spending 11 days in Berlin. Had I known in advance, I likely wouldn’t have switched hotels since the one I had previously booked included a full kitchen. The extra fee was not indicated in the property details. I had to scroll to find it.

Vi havde bestilt ophold til 3 voksne og 1 barn. Vi boede i hotelapartment. Der var en fin seng til 2 i det ene værelse, men i det andet værelse var der en opredning til en voksen og et barn på en smal sovesofa som var uden nogen komfort. Den var ikke egnet til overnatning hverken for børn eller voksne. Hotellet og værelset var pænt og rent og fin beliggenhed ift transport.

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig( als Nachtschrank diente ein alter Holzstuhl). Ansonsten passte das Frühstück nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels. Warme Zugaben wie Rührei, Gemüse, Pencakes oder Kartoffelpuffer waren immer kalt (auch schon um 08:00 Uhr), weil die warmzuhaltenden Beigaben, nicht ständig frisch nachgefüllt wurden.

A great ApartHotel
A neat apartment Hotel approximately 6km from Brandenburg gate. Car parking available at the property for EUR 18 per day. There is a kettle in the apartment but no kitchen/cooking which wasn’t a concern for us. There are lots of eateries close by and Uber costs around EUR 12-15 (non peak hours) to get to main attraction centres. I would stay here again.

Netter Empfang. Lage top. Die Zimmer sehen auf den ersten Blick top aus, hier und da mangelt es aber ein wenig an Qualität (wackelige Duschwand, Flecken an der Wand, Beleuchtung in den Zimmern könnte heller sein). Preis-Leistung passt, ideal für Kurztrips in Berlin.

Dafür das es ein relativ neues und modernes Hotel ist und sich selbst als luxuriös betitelt, sind einige Mängel vorhanden. Das Kartenlesegerät im Zimmer um die Tür von außen zu öffnen wurde innen mit Panzerband festgeklebt. Der Türrahmen des Badezimmers hatte im unteren Bereich eine erhebliche Beschädigung. Die Duschkabine war nicht richtig montiert, die Befestigungsstange hatte nur noch eine Schraube. Ebenso wurde die Brausestange nicht richtig montiert. Die Badezimmertür war voller Fingerfettflecken. Die einzige Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen war ein großer Handtuchhalter, der an einer gestrichenen Wand montiert wurde wodurch jede Menge Wasserflecken an der Wand zu sehen waren. Im Zimmer selbst war soweit alles in Ordnung. Schön wäre nur ein zweiter Beistelltisch am Bett gewesen statt des Schreibtischstuhls der dort untergebracht war. Das „Bitte nicht stören“ Schild für die Tür fehlte ebenso (auch in anderen Zimmern). Der Check-in und -out verlief reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets nett und das Frühstück war ausreichend gewesen.

Wir hatten ein Appartement für vier Personen gebucht. Das Bett für unsere Kinder ( 15 und 17 ) war unzumutbar schmal; nach langem Hin und Her wurde uns ein Zustellbett ins Zimmer gestellt, das dann natürlich extrem voll war. Appartement lieblos eingerichtet, das Personal empfanden wir als wenig freundlich. Keine Empfehlung, schade !

Die Unterkunft ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Flecken auf den Wänden sind nicht sehr appetitlich anzusehen. Und das Licht könnte im Schlafzimmer nicht gedimmt werden und auch die indirekte Beleuchtung hat nicht funktioniert.
