For this reason, we offer additional bed toppers, which enable us to adjust the hardness to every guest's individual preference. Furthermore, we offer a variety of pillows to our guests. We apologize for the fact that this was not properly communicated during your stay. The space in our lobby is indeed limited due to architectural restraints. We try our best to use the space as well as possible. Many of our guests appreciate the private and calm atmosphere of our reception area. At our reception, our staff members also speak French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish and of course the world language English. It is very commen at other hotels in Germany that the staff members speak only English and German. We do think we offer a very good range of languages at the reception.
