La casa che speri di trovare in Umbria
La casa è situata in una posizione panoramica stupenda con vista su Bettona, circondata dal vede degli ulivi, cipressi e querce che ne fanno di questa location un posto in cui non vedi l'ora di tornare alla sera per goderti la sua quiete e rilassarti osservando il panorama avvolto dai suoni della natura. La casa è molto grande, bella e accogliente, curata e fornita di tutto quello che può servire per un buon soggiorno. Un ringraziamento al sig. Renato che ci ha accolti e fatto sentire come a casa nostra, sempre disponibile nonostante i suoi impegni professionali. Speriamo di tornarci ancora in quanto è un posto che ci è rimasto nel cuore.

Bellezza, Comodità e Pulizia
Siamo tornati in questa struttura per la quarta volta e nonostante i problemi mondiali di COVID-19 in questa splendida struttura ci siamo sentiti sicuri al 100%. Tutto ben pulito e disinfettato, proprietari disponibili ma a dovuta distanza. Dato che per lavoro dobbiamo passare spesso in Umbria, torneremo anche durante la bella stagione, per godere anche della piscina.

Di passaggio in Umbria per lavoro, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere ospitati in questa splendida struttura. Posizione strategica per andare ovunque, panorama unico. Gli ambienti della casa sono tutti molto ampi e l'arredamento è curatissimo. I proprietari, pur discreti, sempre di aiuto per qualunque necessità. Ci torneremo di certo per una vacanza durante la bella stagione. Consigliatissima!

Casa stupenda
Una casa ampia e accogliente da cui si può godere di una vista mozzafiato e da cui raggiungere in fretta ogni punto di interesse dell'Umbria Ci siamo trovati benissimo in 10 persone, merito anche del proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile all'occorrenza, che ci ha lasciato ogni tipo di informazione riguardo la zona: dalle necessità alle curiosità Consigliatissimo!

Bellissima Struttura
Siamo stati in questa struttura per motivi di lavoro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Massima disponibilità e cordialità dei proprietari. Arredamento curato e funzionale. Posizione centrale e strategica per muoversi verso qualunque località della regione. Abbiamo già pianificato di tornarci in vacanza!!!

Absolutely wonderfun
My family from Australia and I stayed in Renato's place for two weeks at the beginning of October 2018. Wow what an amazing place to base ourselves for our Umbrian adventure. The house itself was great with lots of room for us all and the two kids. The view from deck was amazing and it was such a joy to sit there at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. The location of the house is fantastic with Bettona, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi etc all a short drive away. I would highly recommend this place and Renato was a wonderful host. For an Umbrian holiday to remember this is the place. Thanks Renato it was magical.

Tutto semplicemente perfetto
Siamo stati ospiti una settimana, prendendo in affitto sia l’appartamento grande sia la mansarda. E tutti ne siamo stati entusiasti. La bellezza dell’Umbria e dei suoi borghi, molti dei quali nelle vicinanze e quindi facilmente raggiungibili, è risaputa. Quello che ha reso la nostra vacanza perfetta è stata la scelta di questa villa. Grande, accogliente, silenziosa, luminosa, dotata assolutamente di tutto. E con una meravigliosa vista su Bettona dall’ampio terrazzo dove facevamo colazione e la sera ammiravamo il tramonto. Meglio ancora di come ci era già parsa nelle foto. Quindi, direi la base ideale per girare, ma anche per chi volesse fare una corsa, un giro in bici, una passeggiata in paese (ad appena un quarto d’ora a piedi), un tuffo in piscina... Un grazie ancora al proprietario, signor Renato, discreto ma sempre gentilissimo e superdisponibile ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto un consiglio. Consiglieremo e torneremo.

Excellent stay in the Umbria region!
Over a three week period several of my friends/family and I stayed at the Morbidelli Villa. We visited many of the surrounding hill towns and enjoyed coming home each evening to take a dip in the pool, prepare dinner and enjoy the sunset on the deck. The house is amazing with lots of room to hang out with friends/family. Renato welcomed us warmly and was available as needed, gave us recommendations and responded to requests quickly. I would highly recommend this villa and the Umbrian region. We were there in the height of summer tourist season and had smaller crowds and traffic as we visited the nearby towns. Beautiful scenery, wine, food and a wonderful relaxing place to come back to each day.

STRAORDINARIO
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo incantevole posto per una settimana. Posto con un panorama mozzafiato, ideale per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina e ricaricare le batterie. Il luogo e immerso nel silenzio della natura e della bellezza dell'Umbria. Stupendo il panorama che si apre alla vista del visitatore. Relax in piscina con la vista splendida - indimenticabile !!!! Situato in posizione strategica per scoprire e visitare i tesori dell'Umbria. Ospitalita' e cordialita' dei proprietari perfetta e tranquillita' assoluta. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere il piu' presto. Contiamo di essere nuovamente Vostri ospiti Consigliamo vivamente questa eccellente struttura a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una splendida vacanza .

bellissima casa con contesto fantastico
Siamo stati in 5 per una settimana, abbiamo trovato oltre che dei proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili un ambiente estremamente piacevole. Bellissima vista in una casa grandissima con un terrazzo enorme, grande giardino e piscina pulitissima e godibilissima. Tutto molto sfruttabile, posto molto tranquillo e ideale per rilassarsi. Renato e la madre (che saluto e ringrazio) sono davvero due proprietari che sanno essere discreti e piacevoli. Lo consiglio anche per la posizione ideale per effettuare giri nei dintorni ricchi di bellissimi paesi. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio a chi apprezza la pace e la serenita'.

mix di cultura e relax
Siamo stati ospiti del sig. Renato per una settimana tra fine giugno e inizio luglio 2015. Eravamo in 7 e gli spazi della casa erano piu' che adeguati. L'arredamento e' in stile classico, ma sempre tutto pulito e in ordine. La cucina ha ogni materiale necessario per cucinare e le stoviglie sono abbondanti. La vista che si ha dal terrazzo e dalla piscina non puo' essere descritta ne' a parole ne' con le foto che non rendono appieno lo spettacolo e la sensazione di godimento che si prova. Localita' isolata dai rumori ( solo le cicale facevano compagnia), ma allo stesso tempo centrale per le visite delle cittadine umbre. Peccato essere venuti via proprio in arrivo di un'ondata di caldo, perche' la piscina, dopo le visite mattutine, era cio' che ha reso ancora piu' rilassante il tempo passato nella tenuta.

"La casa è situata in una posizione ottima per visitare tutta l’Umbria e con una vista stupenda su Bettona e su tutta la vallata. La notte di capodanno dal balcone si riuscivano a vedere i fuochi d’artificio di tutti i paesi ed è stato uno spettacolo che difficilmente si può vedere. Si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti le città di Perugia e di Assisi e dista comunque al massimo un’ora di auto da tutte le principali mete come Gubbio, Spello, Orvieto, Todi, Foligno, Montefalco… Tutta la villa è totalmente immersa nel verde e dotata di tutto il necessario, camino compreso, non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla e devo dire che le foto nella descrizione non rendono assolutamente giustizia di quanto sia spaziosa la casa, non ci si rende neanche conto di essere in tanti. I proprietari, residenti nella stessa struttura, sono quanto di meglio si può desiderare in vacanza, gentili, disponibili, discreti e di ottimi consigli (Il ristorante a Bettona che ci è stato consigliato è qualcosa di veramente eccezionale !). Ottima casa insomma e per chi, come me, non aveva mai visitato l’Umbria è certamente il posto ideale per soggiornare. "

Séjour très agréable
Très belle location pour profiter des nombreux villages et activités de la région. Renato est très accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons pu très bien profiter de la piscine avec une vue imprenable sur Bettona, et de la table de ping-pong. Le logement est très grand pour un groupe de 9 personnes et bien équipé. Voiture indispensable pour accéder aux commerces dans les villes aux alentours, car il y en a peu à Bettona.

Fantastic stay
We enjoyed this wonderful house with the amazing view a lot. The owner is warm, friendly and hospitable and made sure we had a great visit. Gave us tips and help when needed or spontaneous. The swimming pool and balcony are really fantastic. So, hope you enjoy it as well. (PS the last 100 metres the road is a bit stony, so just drive slow ;-))

Morbidellis Vacation House
We spent a week at Morbidelli house and loved it. The house is very comfortable and had a very homely and pleasant atmosphere. We loved the location of the house, with a beutiful view to e.g. Bettona and Perugia. The location is a good starting point for visiting other places in the Umbria region. The owner responded quickly and he had collected a lot of information for us about places to visit, the best places to eat, etc. We can highly recommend this place and would love to go back ourselves! We spent a special holiday time at this house
We spent a special holiday time at Morbidelli house. The house is very functional and comfortable, but its best side is the beautiful and wide views. We loved spending the evenings on the terrace overlooking Bettona, Perugia, up to the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno. The sunsets viewed from this place are extremely unique. The location of the house is a good starting point to many beautiful places in Umbria: Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Montefalco, Bewagna, Lake Trasimeno. The house has a unique character, it is full of traces of its owners: their working tools and the results of their creative activity. The interior of the house looked better than in the photos. We felt very comfortable at it from the first day. We constantly felt kindly and caring presence of the owner. Our last few stays in rented houses have limited contact with the owners to the keys left under the doormat or in a coded safe box. So now it was a nice change. Tomasz & Danuta

Beautiful house with excellent view
House is very nice and tidy but what makes this place extraordinary is the view. House is up on the hill and from the balcony you can see the walls of the Bettona and closeby cities Perugia and Foligno. We were travelling on May so the villages nearby were not so active. On the summer that might be different.

Fabulous stay for the whole family
If you want it don't want to leave the house: this is your place. We had just one with for our host with our newborn: a place that was so good that you don't need to leave. And it was: perfect view over the nice historical village of Bettona, a nice swimming pool, enough space for a big family with two bathrooms and nice places to sit outside. The communication with the owner Renato was quick and clear. We can definitely recommend the place!

Wonderful property with beautiful views in an ideal location for visiting Umbria
This property is even more impressive than the pictures give it credit for. Amazing panoramic views across the valley and from the pool and comfortable bedrooms and living area. It's in an ideal location for visiting the beautiful local towns , ice cream parlour , villages and mountains trails. Renato was an excellent host ,always on hand to answer questions and advise on day trips. The house also comes equipped with lots of guide books and info. Well worth a visit.

Une villa de rêve en Ombrie
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison au milieu des champs d'oliviers avec une vue imprenable sur le petit village de Bettona que l'on peut contempler de l'immense terrasse sous balcon qui borde la salle à manger et le salon et qui surplomb la piscine. Le propriétaire Renato Morbidelli est discret, mais très gentils, il nous a conseillé des endroits à visiter incontournable de l'Ombrie. Cette région peu connue des touristes est magnifique et authentique de l'Italie et n'a rien à envier à la Toscane où j'ai vécu 15 mois il y 27 ans. Je vous conseille également de visiter la fabrique d'huile d'olive DECIMI qui reste un fleuron de cette belle région qui est situé au PASSAGGIO DI BETTONA proche de la villa où le maître des lieux (homme très charmant et passionné), vous expliquera avec passion l'élaboration de l'huile d'olive avec la visite de sa petite entreprise et dégustation pour finir. Encore merci à Rénato pour sa gentillesse, pour cette magnifique semaine passée dans ce lieu d'exception. Jérôme et Caroline.

Amazing place
We have spent 10 perfect nights in that place. The house itself was amazing and was meeting all of our expectations , and even more. Opening every morning with a breath taking view from the villa balcony, than going with my old man to a walk amongst the olives groves and than eating rich breakfast from the local products was only few of the virtues of that place. The location, in the middle of Umbria, just close to everywhere, is superb. The house is equiped with everything needed for perfect vacation. Renato is so wellcoming, warm and helpfull. Thank you for perfect vacation. Hope to be your guest again in lovely Bettona and wonderfull Umbria

SEJOUR PARFAIT
Nous étions 4 couples et avons passé une excellente semaine. Appartement propre et très spacieux dans un cadre magnifique, calme, et bénéficiant d’une vue exceptionnelle. L'emplacement de la location permet de visiter Perrugia et Assises à proximité, mais aussi bien d’autres villages perchés comme Spello, Spolète, Gubbio, Orvieto etc. Propriétaire accueillant, disponible mais discret. . Une bonne adresse à proximité : PIZZERIA IL TOSCANINO Via Signoria 32 TORGIANO. Très bon accueil, et rapport qualité/prix excellent.

Wonderful villa
The vacation home exceeded our expectations for location, comfort, and welcome. It is an ideal home base to visit the art treasures of Umbria-Tuscany. The house is conveniently situated for visits to Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, and many Etruscan sites, for which the host provided numerous maps and tourist information. Quiet and secure on the top of a hill, it has a large veranda, a pool, and spectacular views over the walled town of Bettona. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were much appreciative in the evening of the luxurious satellite TV with English newscasts and the soft black leather seating. Our hosts were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Thank you from five Americans for such lovely facilities. We hope to return.

An vorderster Stelle rangiert die wunderschöne und große Aussichtsterrasse, die Alleinlage des Hauses, der gepflegte Pool. Für eventuelle Fälle kann es von Vorteil sein, daß die Vermieter im untersten Stockwerk des Ferienhauses wohnen."

Tout était conforme a ce que laissait paraitre le descriptif et les photos.Paysage magnifique,maison superbe très bien entretenue, acceuil chaleureux du propriétaire,le seul petit reproche:frigidaire vétuste et absence de congélateur.

"We've rented a lot of vi...
"We've rented a lot of villas and apartments in Italy and I have to say we were just stunned by this place. The panoramic view of the Umbrian valley is stupendous - you can see both Perugia and Assisi, easily identifying the basilica in Assisi." For exploring central Umbria this is great location. You have a 15 minute run to one of the autostradas and then you're on your way. When you go to Perugia (which you should) find the parking lot at the end of the mini-metro and ride it up into the centro (1 euro one-way). The mini metro is so cool, we need them in the US. The apartment is quite large with two well done bathrooms. There were just 5 of us, but with four spacious bedrooms this place would easily handle 8 people (more if it's kids). My wife (who is fussy) declared that the place was clean enough to be eating off the floors. Many italians are good about cleaning, but this was sparkling. Note that the kitchen, although modest, is larger than it appears in the diagram. Renato was a charming host with a pile of local tourist brochures and advice. Follow his recommendation on the restaurant in Bettona, it was a wonderful place. We ate there both our first and last nights.

"Last 2 weeks we had a wonderfull vacation at Bettona! The 10 pers. appartment is really very large, nice, clean and tasteful decorated! While the portico was full of sunshine, we enjoyed the shadows on the (also very large and nice) covered terrace with its marvelous vieuws on the surroundings and especially on Bettona! It's almost impossible to discribe this sensation so we can absolute recommend the 'Casa della Ginestra'! Also thanks to Renato for the oil, wine and the bottles of fresh water when we arrived!"

"The house was spacious, ...
"The house was spacious, confortable, clean, quiet. We had great meals inside and especially outside on the terrasse where we could see wonderful sunset over the Bettona village accross the valley. Being cycliste without car, we were able to do our grocery at the nearby Bettona village and wonder around de Assisi valley. We had a 3km uphill to come back home, but we enjoyed it! The owners help us in small situations: they are really nice, welcoming and discreet people. In conclusion, the house was beyong our expectations. La maison était spacieuse, confortable, propre, silencieuse. Nous avons eu d'agréables repas à l'intérieur et sur la terrasse d'où nous pouvions voir de merveilleux couché de soleil derrière le charmant village de Bettona . Étant des cyclistes sans auto, nous avons pu faire notre épicerie à Bettona et nous promener facilement jusqu'à Assise. Nous avions une montée de 3km pour retourner à la maison mais nous adorions ça! Les proprios nous ont dépannés pour de petites choses: vraiment c'est des gens très acceuillants, discrets et serviables. En conclusion, la maison était au-delà de nos espérances."

"Il s'agit sans aucun doute de notre meilleure expérience de location : la qualité du logement, la vue et la situation géographique sont exceptionnelles. Le propriétaire est charmant, à la fois très accueillant, attentionné et discret. Le seul tout petit bémol réside dans l'équipement de la cuisine : il n'y a pas de cafetière électrique et il manque quelques ustensiles de base. Nous recommandons vivement cette location de vacances à notre entourage et aux membres d'homelidays."
