Hi Simon,Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we are located near Birmingham airport, so the planes can be heard. We haven't received this feedback about the ventilation for the room you stayed in before, so this is something we will look in to this.

We are extremely disappointed to hear about your experience of being stuck outside - we have liaised with the team and I understand that you were compensated for this inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the decor of your room - our rooms are an older, vintage style, so can only apologise that this was not to your taste. In terms of the spa facilities, we do have a treatment room on site, this is how Expedia choses to categorise the treatment rooms, and these are bookable prior to your stay via Hampton Manor Clinic.
