Il corridoio del primo piano dove si trovava la nostra camera era alquanto sporco. La stessa camera dava la sensazione di non essere stata rifatta. Il receptionist Mohamed è stato poco cortese perché insisteva a non volerci sostituire la camera.Tutto questo non si addice ad una Struttura del Radisson Blu

The check in and check out are very easy and fast inside the structure. However, when we arrived, in front of the room we have found empty bottles of drinks. Once entered we have found: - usb charge not working - the bed-base with multiple staines and ripped - the moquette with crumbs and mounds of dust - the chair with crumbs too The position is excellent. We were really tired and had an early flight in the morning so we didn’t go to the reception.

Fancy and very convenient, great staff and service
This is if course not a cheap hotel, but its position just outside the terminal makes it really convenient if you have an early flight, since you can literally walk in less than 10 mins from the entrance to the airport. I had a premium room, but I had the chance to see the standard one as well and it's also very spacious, comfortable and clean. The premium room has the plus of a walking room. Breakfast starting at 4 am it's really an advantage if you have a very early flight. The hotel offer different services like a 24h service and a very nice spa. I haven't tried their restaurant, but their menu looked interesting and not that expensive considering the level of the hotel. Overall the atmosphere is relaxing and it's meant to give an easy time to the guest. Also, the personnel is really kind and I had a great experience with the receptionist Peppe who showed me an alternative room and even upgraded me to another with a better view.

Strategico per aeroporto. Ci vorrebbe più cura
Hotel strategico attaccato all'aeroporto di Stansted. Hall moderna ma poi corridoi pieni di stoviglie e vassoi con scarti di cibo e, in camera, moquette macchiata e mobili usurati. Abbiamo apprezzato l'insonorizzazione e il fast check out. Per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo una cura più alta.

Struttura comoda per chi deve prendere l'aereo a distanza di poche ore perché proprio al lato dell'aeroporto. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo chiesto ed ordinato una pizza arrivata 30 minuti dopo giustamente fredda quindi inmangiabile ma il peggio di tutto in quanto insieme alle pizze hanno portato salsa ketchup mayonese e mostarda una offesa per me italiano. Ma non è tutto ci hanno portato 2 bottiglie di acqua calde neanche fresche che io dico al prezzo di 3.50 sterline 4€ almeno un bicchiere con ghiaccio o almeno fredda, ma non è tutto per avere tutto ciò al prezzo di 6 sterline costo servizio, ma quale servizio ??? Se l'acqua era bollente come tutto il resto orribile pagare 6 sterline per il servizio che al cambio 8€ per 2 bottiglie di acqua calda ed una pizza di quasi 20€ che avrebbe mangiato con disgusto anche il mio cane

Il personale alla reception ci è sembrato poco preparato, non ci hanno saputo dare nessuna indicazione su come arrivare al Rental Car Village dell'areoporto e sulla possibilità di prendere una navetta per ritornare all'albergo.

Bella struttura, ottima location per estrema vicinanza a London Stansted airport. Moquette e poltrone della stanza con parecchie macchie, pur essendo pulite, quindi sensazione non ottimale

Comodo ma da ristrutturare
La comodità non si discute (attaccato all'aeroporto) e anche il letto era molto comodo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Le camere vengono fatte con superificialità e, dato che l'albergo avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata, le camere non sono molto pulite. Personale tendenzialmento poco gentile, anche al bar. Il che ci può anche stare in un hotel attaccato all'aeroporto

Ottimo, vicino all'aeroporto
Abbiamo pernottato nel Radisson Blu Hotel, prima di un volo presto. L'albergo è perfetto: camera ampia, silenziosa e pulita. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. Posizione ideale a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto.

Good check in but not enough staff on bar considering they had a function on. What can I say about the restaurant its chaos. Know one knows what they are doing we ordered starter and mains all came out together,we ordered a bottle of good wine with which we had to ask twice where it was after 1/2 an hour it appeared with the cork in it and warm wine glasses ( I went to get glasses from the bar) after 45 minutes we where still waiting for our main meal which we sent back earlier. We left the restaurant to try and make a complaint before I got to reception the restaurant manager ran after me trying to tell me that the hotel was busy and even when i explained what happened he just kept telling me that everyone is busy. We booked the hotel as it was supposed to be the beginning of our holiday before we flew away well we where very disappointed.

The service at this hotel has declined substantially since I last stayed a few years ago. There is only one restaurant which gets really busy and the food is awful. Service was exceptional slow for dinner. Radisson Blu was a respected name in the industry- this one at Stansted really lets the brand down. I would never stay here again

I had to move rooms three times. The rooms were run down and not clean at all. I waited over an hour before I could settle.

Actually nothing wrong with the staff, they were OK. They just seemed to be bound by a series of unfathomable rules. If you sit at this table you have to order at the bar, the bar is table service only. There is no food served in this area despite there being condiments on the table. Nice people working in a bit of a sh****ow in my opinion. It’s a very specific sort of hotel catering for a very specific, one night, clientele. I don’t believe it can be that difficult to match needs to service.

Avoid this property. We were moved to three different rooms with one of them resembling a crime scene. Filthy, dirty rooms with furniture and decor falling to bits. The only saving graces were the patience and kindness of the Front of House Staff and the proximity to the airport itself.

Very nice and clean, helpful staff and lots of perks when you become a member. Didn’t like the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night so room became very hot and humid. Generally good stay.

Rooms need upgrading and better cleaning. USB ports don’t work in any rooms. Temperature control is tempremental. Slow drainage in bathroom. Shower gel pumps are bad to use. Outdated shower fittings. Very poor and expensive coffee (4.50!)
