“Lovely B&B run by Danny who was very friendly. This is a beautiful B&B, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty of choice. The hotel is situated between North pier and Bispham which is a quiet area of Blackpool. It is on the seafront and so has direct access to the beach, trams and buses. ”

“This is such a lovely little place very cosy & the owners paul & claire are so lovely & helpful, the room was tastfully done & very clean & the bed was comfy, the full english breakfast was superb & you get plenty, we will definatly stay again.”

“Mike & Natasha are wonderful hosts, location is close to all amenities in the city and to Seaside. Quite edge, in the near a Pub, all you can ask for a few days in Blackpool. Wonderful English breakfast cooked by Mike. To return again.”

“Clean, friendly staff and central to all local attractions. Our room had a view of the Blackpool tower from our window, watching the lights on a evening while winding down from a busy day. Quiet road and a well run business. ”

“Arrived at guesthouse having booked previous day. Landlady met us at door. Very friendly and helpful. Property is dated but very clean and more than satisfactory. Unable to have breakfast due to having early start. Owners made us breakfast sandwiches to takeaway which was appreciated. Would recommend this guesthouse. Location is in the centre of all attractions. Great location.”

“Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again.”

“Comfy bed, everything we needed in room. Bit too much unnecessary furniture in room but all good. Needs better extractor fan for the kitchen downstairs as bar area is attached. Otherwise a great stay, fun friendly bar. Would stay again! ”

“Room was basic but just what i needed there no house keeping at hotel but to be fair i found this to be better you dont get disturbed lift in hotel very small and i need to use moobility scoota shadab would always stop what he was doing and helped me take it up in lift he was a god send nothing was to mutch bother for him really frendly as well the doirs to get mobility scoota out could be bit tricky as they were always closed but staff would help with this aswell ”
