The staff at Best Western Bloomington were super helpful, kind, and accomodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. My daughter and I felt safe and at home during our 4 day stay onsite.

I would love to give a perfect review, but unfortunately, I can't. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was really sweet and very attentive. On the departure the woman behind the desk was so rude. My husband wanted to check out and get a receipt, and the woman behind the desk was on her phone and rolled her eyes when my husband was standing at the front desk. My husband said we were checking out, and she said sarcastically, "OK," and continued talking on her phone, clearly not talking to a customer. When my husband stood there waiting she said, "Yes?" My husband said, "I would like a receipt". She then told the person on the other line," Hold On." I gave my husband a receipt without a "Was everything ok with your stay? or Thank you for staying with us." Absolutely no comment from her. This is such poor business etiquette. Unfortunately, we take this into strong consideration when we return to a hotel. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The rooms were a little small, but because we were there just to sleep, it didn't matter. We would stay there more because both our sons go to ISU, and we visit from time to time. But because of this young lady's attitude and our disturbing her personal phone call during her work time, we will not be returning again.

Checkin was very smooth considering we made Expedia reservations 20 minutes prior to arrival. The room did not represent the Expedia rating very well. Built-in furniture looked a little beat up, the paint on epoxy on the tub had be walked-off down the middle making it look dirty, shower curtain had stains, which my wife said looked like blood. The caulking on the outside of tub was worn and looking like mold was forming. The barh towels and floor mat were either dirty or needed to be rewashed. However the beds were clean and comfy, the breakfast was good and the area seemed very safe.

The staff was wonderful. Dedicated, in fact. We could hear the traffic from the main road all night. No one slept well. The rooms are very small. However, we appreciated the soft bed and warm breakfast. The price was also appreciated especially compared to other locations! Overall, i would stay again. Thanks 😊

This is the first time I have stayed in a Best western I Live in,it is very clean,staff was very friendly at check in I will stay again,I will recommend to family ,friends keep up the good work,oh yes the breakfast was excellent,they had a variety 👌🙏👍

I was traveling to Branson, taking some special food items for my family and needed a refrigerator overnight. I reserved a room that specifically had a fridge. I took everything down the long hallway to the elevator and up to the room only to find the refrigerator was not cold nor was it getting cold enough to keep the food safe over night. The staff said they could replace it in the morning which defeats my purpose of keeping the food safe. They were kind enough to let me keep it in their fridge until morning. Thank you for your service and helpfulness.

Do not stay in room 220, whatever is next to the bed will knock all day and night long and you will not get any sleep. Property is great, especially for the price, just wish I could have slept.

Ehhh okay…
The staff were great! Very friendly. But it Wasn’t the nicest as far cleanliness. Our room on the 2nd floor was not cleaned fully. The bathroom had a contact from someone previously on the floor, multiple handles hanging lose, the pillows were odd and not even regular sized. Never seen that before. Over all it was an okay stay. The free breakfast was nice. That seemed very clean. Most likely will not return. But it was convenient for an overnight stay.

The property was good for a one night stay. Slightly congested area but close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was very good, cordial and attentive to any needs. They allowed me to check in a bit early to get ready to go to my granddaughters event. Breakfast was included and was a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. Beds were comfortable the rooms were small but well kept. Recommend for a short stay.

Hotel was in a convenient location for what we needed in the area. A few towels in our bathroom were stained so we threw those on the floor immediately, they should never have been in service. Some areas could use some attention and refreshing. Front desk and breakfast team are attentive and friendly, area is safe.

Staff was very friendly! Excellent customer service. Overall, was a great stay! Didn't love the pillows (but rarely do), cable stations on the TV were very good (per my grandson who traveled with us). :) Breakfast also met our expectations!

I had booked a room with a king bed well in advance; at check in it was not available. The room was also in poor condition. Towel rack falling off the wall; shower adjuster fallen out of place; etc. Finishes in the room were done poorly & things were falling apart. The vending room was open to another room that was a mess; old mattress standing up & beer bottles sitting around. Overall a very creepy place.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was really good! Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, toast and cereal. The coffee was great! Espresso and americanos. Mostly updates but still had some updating to go.

in town for a weekend event in Shirly Illinois. Helpful staff. Good breakfast, but a little short on options Sunday. Good location, many dining and shopping options nearby. Would stay again.

Clean hotel. Hard beds.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, and looked modern and updated. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to mall, hospital and airport. Cons: The mattress was hard. The pillows on the bed were little squares, not normal sized bed pillows. The shower didn’t have good water pressure.

No compliants at all, the room was very tidy, it was a nice little weekend vacation for myself, I unfortunately didn't take advantage of the gym or pool but I had a lovely experience none the less. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
