“Checkin was at 3. Got there at 3:30. Room was not ready and no ETA when it would be. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. Not enough help at front desk. At one point there were 10 people in line. Better pool hours would be nice for the early risers. No towels at the pool. No bedding for the sofa bed. If the room is booked for 6 people, there should be 6 bath towels in the bathroom.”

“The Valley Extended Suites is a clean, modern hotel that provides good value. Whether for a few days or just overnight, it has what is needed for an enjoyable stay. The only issue we had was with the thermostat on the HVAC system. While the system worked adequately, we had to turn the desired temperature way down (62 degrees) before the room was comfortable enough to sleep.
