we have stayed here about 12 times but will not be back. The toilet has backed up 4 times out of those 12.

We were treated so well when we arrived...The nice lady who checked us in and the breakfast the next morning was very good !! The whole place looked so clean ...we definitely will stay again at the Hampton Inn!!!

I was disappointed in that it was not as clean as I expected from a Hampton Inn, especially our room and bathroom. The lobby and breakfast area was very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. As we are currently under construction for the Property renovations, we understand how unsatisfactory the hotel can seem. I hope you will come to stay again once the remodeling is completed and all of our sleeping rooms and public spaces are refreshed, by December 2024.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. They had a lot of gluten free options.

Great staff and amazing experience
We arrived earlier than expected. The staff was able to get my family into the room earlier so my kiddos could get some rest. Breakfast was great. A lot of varieties to choose from. Pool was great. We even discovered a filtered water fountain over by the pool to fill our bottles up.

Loud Room Neighbors otherwise GREAT!
Loved the bed comfort, the sheets, the pillows! Breakfast was great! The gentleman that checked us in was great! The ONLY thing that wasn't great, were the people closing their doors LOUDLY, no respect for others & we had a baby sleeping (or trying to) that woke up & cried when they were so rudely talking loudly & esp. letting their doors close hard! Oh, & they could've used some anti-foaming chemicals in the hot tub.

Dated hotel, but in current renovation
The hotel is old and wooden. I felt like I was going to fall through the second floor hallway, Im a 190 pound male. It smelled old on the second floor on, think 90 year old grandmas house.

The property is close to the interstate so it is noisy. The room was clean but the pillows were terrible. We bought pillows for the second night and that helped.

I am a member of Hilton Honors, and when I checked in the staff made it a clear point of saying that because I used Expedia to book the reservation (pointing out Expedia has its own remarks system) I receive no benefit whatsoever for the membership. And even though the hotel appeared to not be full and I got a perfectly adequate room, like most, but it was overlooking a roof top HAC unit. Quite obviously the worst location in the house. It felt like Expedia only deals in cut late experiences at this chain, or Hilton doesn't really care about loyalty. It appears to be both.

We do not place guest in rooms based on how the reservation were book into the hotel. We honor all reservation based on the room type selected by the guest.

Family stay
The room was perfect. So clean! The bed was so comfy. The staff was amazing. The only complaint was the spa wasn’t working but it happens. We still had fun as a family swimming late at night. The swim hours are definitely worth it. The breakfast bar was hands down! My kids loved the waffle bar. Whip cream and chocolate chips?!! So worth it. No complaints at all. Nice work !
