Buona posizione, camere sufficienti, non particolarmente belle. La palazzina si trovava troppo distante, nella prenotazione veniva specificato lato mare ma in realtà non si vedeva il mare. Carini gli spettacoli, tutto in lingua francese. Nessuno parla italiano, ad eccezione di una signora molto gentile alla reception. Problema sul transfer hotel/aeroporto di ritorno, stavamo rischiando di rimanere lì perché l’autista non voleva portarci, nonostante ci fossimo raccomandati più volte con la reception sulla prenotazione ed avevamo pagato già tutto.

Hotel close to everything but not enough
It’s a 3 star hotel and don’t expect more ....small rooms and the mattress needs to be change. The food was good enough to eat but I expected just one day something special but never arrives The soft drinks are undrinkable, we notice that some days were more sweet, watery others without gas...we have said this to the weiters but no reasonable answers...the alcoholic drinks were terrible only the beer and water were good enough to drink. My boyfriend is diabetic and we ask several times in the bar and the restaurant for sweetener/natren...on the bar...no, in the restaurant no! I ask the reception and they said yes we have....where? No answer! Last day we had breakfast and finally we found it.... It’s a hotel close to everything, beaches, center, and hotel swimming pool was nice and clean. We used to go to all inclusive hotels and I could not recommend this one, We paid too much for what we received.

Location fantastica
Ottimo per famiglie! All inclusive comodo e economico in un albergo che offre tutto ciò che si cerca! Siamo stati 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante a due passi da un mare da sogno.

Posto non adatto ad italiani che non parlano le lingue, in tutto l'hotel nessuno dello staff parla italiano, animazione inesistente o quasi, solo x tedeschi croati e polacchi, assolutamente scomoda la posizione degli alloggi rispetto al corpo centrale Dell' hotel. Camere di barbie molto molto piccole e poco curate, insomma da non consigliare ad amici.

L'hotel in posizione strategica per la spiaggia zlatni rat (dista 5-600 metri a piedi) è improntato prevalentemente per la clientela tedesca e inglese.Mangiare e servizio piscina ottimo.Camere family room spaziose e pulite .

Fin anläggning, rent och välskött. Maten var också bra men den stökiga restaurangen var ett irritationsmoment. I stort sett varje måltid var det grinande barn, hög ljudnivå och mycket spring fram och tillbaka mellan borden. Hade kunnat delas in i olika zoner eller någon sorts skärmväggar eller liknande för att hålla ljudnivån nere. Sedan röker man överallt mest hela tiden, vilket är mindre trevligt för oss icke rökare. Men fin anläggning med ett mycket bra läge.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two year old and loved it! Food great, excellent staff, relaxed atmosphere, near to nice bars/restaurants, close to the beach. Would stay again!

We had a very nice stay here in Bol. The room was newly renovated, modern and very fresh, all areas clean and very friendly staff. The food was ok, a big classic buffet, nothing spectacular but good. A bit noisy restaurant area. For a family with children I’d say it’s super, but maybe not the absolute beat option if you’re looking for a quiet romantic place.

Spend here 4 days and enjoyed our stay, great location and very convenient. It is a very family oriented property, small kids everywhere. I would recommend it for parents with small kids, dining options are great and pool options a plenty. Beach is close by and also the famous Zlatni Rat beach is only 5 minutes away.

Lovely property in great central location. Only one bar, which is outside by the ppol, and in the evening, the outside area, we couldn't have anylights on, so it was dark! We sould have like to play card games, and chat and have a drink away from the Agadoo playing fr th kids, and asked to have the lights on, but was told it wasn't allowed :(

Området var fantastisk. All inclusive maden var Ok - som forventet - dog dårligt udvalg af vin og drinks. Hotelværelse trist og slidt og virkelig ærgerlig balkon med ringe udsigt. Fint pool område og fantastisk strand hvis man går ca. 1 km. ud til Zlatni rat Beach. Skulle vi besøge området igen ville vi ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

Ideal for families with children. The “all inclusive”, left much to be desired. While food was plentiful, the cafeteria style dining and the selection of food is not something I would recommend especially to people that might be “foodies”!! The lodgings….adequate, NO FRILLS! Would never go to this property again, and this was our third time in Bol. Love Bol, just did not enjoy this property!!

Es war alles alt und in die Jahren gekommen. Wir hatten All Inclusive und das Essen fand ich nicht schlecht. Der Strand ist weiter weg und für Liegen und Sonnenschirme musste man extra zahlen (30 euro pro Tag).

Enjoyable stay.
Perfect for a 4 night stay near Bol in late September. Lovely pool and gardens. Food excellent in the restaurant. although always busy. Alcoholic drinks not so good. Staff friendly. Entertainment catered towards the French, although that wasn't a problem to us as we don't bother with it anyway.

Hade det inte varit för den fantastiska maten hade vi vänt o åkt till något annat hotell. Här får du en känsla av att vara i Frankrike och inte Kroatien. Hotellet hyrs av ett franskt företag som under hela säsongen skickar hit sina anställda med familjen. All underhållning och precis allt är på franska. Personalen behandlar alla turister som fransmän o du får minst höra kroatiska. Vår räddning blev bilen så vi kunde ta oss runt på ön. Personalen är super trevliga och kämpar från morgon till kväll. Ni som tänkt åka hit med barn som inte kan franska eller engelska bör välja annat hotell. Stort minus för att rökning är tillåtet vid bassängen samt på uteserveringen. Hotellet har ingen egen strand. På stranden finns det att hyra solsängar. Stranden precis nedanför är i princip abonnerad av surfare och andra vattensporter. Personalen på vissa punkter på hotellet borde vara fler för att undvika köbildning som lätt kan bli. Dessutom skulle dom i baren om dom var fler hinna plocka undan glas o annat som samlas runt poolen. När vi bokade fanns det plats bara på detta hotell under denna period.

Excellent location, between city center and Zlatni rat beach, 5-10 minutes of walk. The staff is very young, friendly and helpful. All inclusive is great - they have fantastic choice of food during all day. The hotel is crowded with French people, so all animation programs are in their language. Free bikes are not in good condition.

Great all inclusive resort with a large variety of food and drinks included as part of your stay. Easy walking distance to Bol Centre and Zlatnog Rat beach which is absolutely stunning. Would be great if the resort had more Croatian entertainment (very much catered to French tourists). Great pool and facilities!

Very good service, excellent restaurant with all kind of food from the breakfast to dinner. Pools are nice even cold on May. Hotel was crowded with french people and all shows were only in french. Of course if you understand and speak it entertaiment would be fun. That was strange!

Great hotel, close to beach promenade, famous beach and harbour. Excellent tennis facilities, pool & entertainment. Superb staff and animators.

Vi har varit där 5 år i rad man blir alltid sugen på att åka dit om man gillar om att ta det lugnt, fin natur, bilfritt område detta är ett hotell för den som vill bara njuta av äta god mat, dricka, bada och träffa nya människor. Barnen har tillgång till underhållning hela dagen

Nettes Personal, aber insgesamt eine Enttäuschung
Wir hatten das Hotel aufgrund der guten Renzensionen (Pool und Essen) gewählt, dadurch vermeintlich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei Ankunft bittere Enttäuschung. Vom schattigen Balkon unseres Zimmers mit „Meerblick“ war das Meer kaum zu erkennen (weit weg/hinter Bäumen). Der TV hing sehr schräg und tief von der Wand, sodass man ihn beim Vorbeigehen fast herunterriss. Das Bad roch nach Kanalisation, Ursache wohl ein voller Abfluss unter dem Waschbecken. Im Badmülleimer keine Tüte (bei Beschwerde wurde vom Zimmermädchen nur eine Rolle Mülltüten hingelegt, von wegen „mach‘s doch selbst“). Der per Rezension gelobte Pool war eiskalt, niemand schwamm drin. Am Pool auch ohrenbetäubend laut, entweder läuft Popmusik mit viel Bass oder das ausschließlich französische Animationsprogramm in voller Lautstärke. Das Animationsteam bemüht sich gar nicht erst, mit anderssprachigen Gästen wenigstens Englisch zu reden, sondern blubbert nur auf Französisch. Die „Krönung“ dieses enttäuschenden Hotels ist das All Inclusive-Essen. In den Rezensionen noch mit „für All Inclusive sehr gut und abwechlungsreich“ bewertet, muss man meinen, dass diese Leute wohl schonmal sonst welchen Fraß gefuttert haben, denn „sehr gut“ ist bei dem entweder faden oder mit künstlichen Stoffen vollgempumpten Essen mal gar nichts. Eine Beschwerde bei Expedia erreichte nichts; der Kundenservice der Bluesun-Hotelkette hat uns für den Rest der Zeit zum benachbarten 4* Hotel Elaphusa upgegradet. Bonaca - nein danke!

Liebe Moni, Danke für das Kompliment an unser Personal, wir wissen es zu schätzen. Dieses gebuchte Zimmer war ein Zimmer mit seitlichem und nicht mit direktem Meerblick. Die Animation ist nicht nur auf Französisch, sondern auch in anderen Sprachen auffindbar. Das Essen wird jeden Tag frisch von unseren Köchen vorbereitet und auf dem Menü stehen lokale Speisen, die von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt werden.
