Struttura vissuta
Frequento questo albergo dal 2005 e ho sempre trovato soddisfacente il rapporto qualità prezzo. Erano due anni che a causa del covid non ci andavo più e l’ho trovato molto trascurato nelle aree comuni e parecchio vissuto nelle camere. Necessita di una profonda rinfrescata e di una gestione più attenta alla pulizia delle aree comuni.

I liked the rooms because they were roomy with the exception of the sofa which was like sitting on a rock.

Große Zimmer, allerdings nicht wirklich für die Selbstversorgung ausgelegt. Dafür ist die Küchenausstattung zu spartanisch. Man kann aber fußläufig essen gehen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung fand leider nicht statt.

Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the AC was making an extremely loud noise and kept us awake at night

The best part about this property was the people. The staff was very kind and did a great job of interacting with guests while ensuring we had privacy to enjoy our stay. Maggie at the food and beverage area was exceptionally kind and provided wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs a lot of work. The rooms are dated, we opted to pay for an "upgrade" and there was a roach in the upgraded room. The king suite was cramped and uncomfortable and the upgraded 1 bedroom was the room with the roach issue. I cannot vouch for any of the other room types but these rooms did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be addressed at this property. I would not recommend the hotel to others. I came here to save a bit of money and it was not worth the savings. If you have wiggle room in your budget, you'll want to stay elsewhere.

For a 3-star hotel, it was a great. Clean, updated rooms; a spacious studio. Pool was cleaned and well maintained and had nice BBQs that guests could use. We stayed there for 5 nights and rarely heard noise from other rooms. Enjoyed the included breakfast (except not much in the way of gluten or dairy free). We’d stay there again.

I had quite a bit of trouble with my booking through Expedia. Had to reschedule as Homewood didn’t have my booking. On arrival I once again didn’t have my booking even though an Expedia agent helped me- NOT THE HOTELS FAULT. Courtney at the front desk was able to get me the room for the same price as Expedia. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to see and do in the surrounding areas. The breakfast every morning was convenient and delish.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The Breakfast staff did a great job of putting out a very nice spread with the added hot dishes! The pool water was tested and the area was very nice, grills available, on site self laundry, a workout room, newspapers, maps, a lending library, cold water in the available during the day-all great amenities for guests!

The hotel is seeming dated and not cared for. Stains on a lot of the chairs. Our bathroom sink was cracked and caulked badly. The taps and toilet were leaking. Pillows on the bed were lumpy and uncomfortable.
