“We spent a week in June in this lovely home. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. A Lidl shop is only 3 minutes walk away. A nice garden with a new softtub and in front of the house a covered patio with dining table. The bedrooms are big and have comfortable beds and very quiet and efficient airconditionings. Bedroom and bathroom on ground floor is also suitable for elderly or disabled people. Walk to Lazise old town is 10 minutes. Elena and Massimo are excellent...

“This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12.”

“Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.”

“this property is old. the water pressure is low, the hot water is limited and the bathtub/showers are waiting for an accident to happen. overall, the place was clean, the veranda view was great, and it was a well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. The oven and stove would not ignite so we couldnt cook and it says it has a microwave which it did not! No washer and the bathrooms were not stocked with any soaps, however, the property managered delivered some the next day. it is...
