One of the oldest hotel in Boston just recently renovated! It sits in such a good neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops. The staff was very kind and friendly, the room spacious enough. There's even a guests kitchen with a coffee machine available.

Consigliatissimo
Gli hotel a Boston hanno prezzi folli, ho trovato qui un buon compromesso qualità/posizione/prezzo. Nonostante i suoi 131 anni, è tenuto molto bene. Staff ultra gentile. Vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici e a un supermercato rifornito. Posizione davvero strategica .

What an awesome boutique hotel without the stuffy attitude! Truly loved my stay. Was in town for three nights and the room, staff and overall stay were nothing short of exceptional.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s super chill. People at the front desk are very nice. I’m happy that the room has a bathtub. The Prudential center is right across the street. The restaurant was just recently remodeled, but I haven’t had a chance to eat there, but I will next semester.

Was in town for the marathon. Great location, located only a block from the finish line. Very helpful staff. Hotel was a bit on the small side but given the age of the hotel and its location it was as expected. I’d stay there again when in town for the marathon.

The property is tired could do with some updates. Room was adequate but bathroom had a cracked sink bowl that went the whole way through, grouting needed repaired in the bath/shower. Had to ask for the complimentary water. Kitchen had a variety of teas, didn't try the coffee and a microwave. Staff were friendly.

This location was so run down, dirty and full of chemical cleaners I had to open the window to sleep without feeling terrible. What a shame because the staff was amazing. This building company should be ashamed. I would never stay or recommend with so many great stays in the neighborhood.

On the first floor, this hotel has a microwave and free good coffee. The entire hotel is renovated but the bed frame and the mattress look old and wear down. Very convenient location right by a grocery store and Amtrak Back Bay station. Copley metro station is very close .

my identical twin sister and I love staying at Copley Square Hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and organized. The location is easy to access to dinning and coffee shop and shopping center, the Prudential Center.

This place is so charming and right over the main thoroughfares. Helpful staff who went above and beyond. Perfect for Boston Marathon stay or just to hang out in Beantown.

The beds were comfortable, great bathtub, the King room was spacious, no noise issues (on 5th floor) and we had a fridge/freezer in the room. Staff was lovely and the bar downstairs made excellent cocktails. Location was excellent, as well. Will definitely stay here again. Weekend stay.

Great location but if you enjoy your HVAC working correctly DON'T stay here. Booked this location for the 2024 Boston Marathon at a significant mark up. Upon arrival to the room, we noticed we were unable to adjust the temperature on the HVAC control resulting in the room fixed at 75-76F, which is far too hot for our preferences. When we communicated this to the front desk, a gentlemen who I believe to be the manager responded that they were "a sustainable hotel" but they would see if engineering could address it. They never did. I'm all about sustainability (aka saving money), but if I'm paying $700/night for a hotel I expect to be able to sleep well in a cool, comfortable room. Great location but I won't be staying here again.

The only thing we were disappointed about was no coffee machine in our room. Otherwise it was a great stay. The hotel has an old charm to it, however the room was lovely and cozy.

Clean room adequate space overall for 2 nights. Also Had a nice common coffee area with seating and a microwave. It was convenient to Star Market (large supermarket), nearby shopping and the Boston Duck Tours Prudential building start point. The heating system in room 220 wasn’t working properly. It was a toasty 79 even when I set it on cool. The front desk was notified and said they would fix it. However the problem remained during our stay.
