“Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“Paris has gotten really expensive but we enjoyed this apartment in the working class 14th. Close to metro and bus lines, with grocery and restaurants all around. We had an issue with hot water running out fast but we are used to our giant water heaters in America. To note one of the bedrooms is not completely private, but the beds were comfy (medium firmness). We would probably stay again.”

“Gastgeber: super, Lage: super, mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz um die Ecke, Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Nur Details die man wieder aufbessern kann, bzw Kritikpunkt sind (wenig Handtücher, etwas mehr Sauberkeit in Küche).”

“Die Unterkunft ist minimal ausgestattet es ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage war super! Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Bars alles in Fußnähe. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!”

“Quartier très calme, maison toute équipée. Contact facile avec les propriétaires et très arrangeant. Maison spacieuse et très propre. Literie confortable. Grande cuisine équipée, bel espace extérieur / BBQ.”

“A proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour la gare de chelles où un train nous emmène en 1/4h à paris gare de l'est. Maison agréable pour 8 adultes avec un grand jardin (dont nous n'avons pas profité en raison du temps)”

“Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!”

“So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. “A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up”

“We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

“Excellent location with lots of cafes etc close by. Metro station is at the end of the block. Terry is an excellent host and is immediately responsive to any needs. We had a wonderful stay!”

“Ottimo appartamento per 6 persone. Due ampie camere, una con soppalco per niente angusto con due letti singoli, uno a scomparsa. Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro, ma anche ottima per passeggiate fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici. Abbiamo raggiunto in mezz’ora il quartiere di Belville dove abbiamo goduto di un panorama bellissimo e respirato la quotidianità degli abitanti. Attraversando la strada di fronte al portone di ingresso, si trova una boulangerie molto fornita con personale...

“Hotel consigliatisismo. Sono stata in un monolocale che mi ha permesso di sentirmi a casa anche preparando cose da me. C’è tutto il necessario e sopratutto una Nespresso che per noi italiano e fondamentale. Buona posizione. ”

“Difficult to find the shuttle between T2B and T2D and the receptionists tries to help you find via telephone with big difficulties. Room was cold and we tried to heat it up with the thermostat. Air from vents was almost cold and outside was 5°. Called receptionist at 23h asking for help: NO RADIATOR available, NO extra blankets, NO help to fix the heating system. No manager to speak on duty…… wordless…… Suggestions: Bring a lot of night clothes. You are lucky we are not asking for refund.”
