I have investigated this stay and I am sorry you didn't think we were even close to fully booked during your stay, but in fact we were. The room you described you staying in was a king room (RM 314) and unfortunately we have a very limited supply of that room type. So while the hotel itself was about 80% filled when you checked in, we were actually 100% filled on the room type you had booked. I know sometimes it can be deceiving if you do not see a lot of cars in the parking lot, but that does not mean we have no one in house. Most guests are out on the town till late at night and then are back up and off to their adventures early the next morning. We also had a few groups at that time that had several rooms but traveled together. We do apologize for this stay not living up to your past stays. We are gutted when any guest is unhappy, especially our loyalty members. As you have said, you have stayed with us previously and given us great reviews, we understand if you don't, but it would be our pleasure to host you again so we could show you we could do better.
