They have a “second” building that they don’t tell you about. You have to drive down the hill to get there and there’s no front desk or anything. Just… a building with rooms. You have to call the front desk of the main building if you need anything.
Also, not disclosed, there is a $100 holding fee that doesn’t get refunded for up to 72 hrs. I wish we would have known that prior to staying. We have never had to put down a holding fee.
Over all, the comfortability of the room was terrible. The pillows were solid and the bed was not comfy at all. The bathroom did not come with normal amenities as shampoo, soap, etc., and the toilet/shower room was tiny. The room was clean over all.
My family stays in hotels many times a year, as we have SDC passes, and this hotel was by far the worst experience we have had.
