Dear Stephen, I am sorry that you could not discover that ALL the lights are working in the baroque suite you have been accomodated,it is just a matter of attention-each lamp is having on/of button in separate place. There are 1 chandelier,5 wall lamps,2 table lamps and 4 spots,ALL bulbs in function. The receptionist had nothing to fix in your room because nothing was wrong. Hot tub NEVER has bubbles ,that is a Jacuzzi,we have never advertised having Jacuzzi.

I am sorry for you but travelling with low budget of course everything is expensive for you ,even the 47 euros/night with breakfast included. If you can not afford to pay 5 stars prices it is not our fault to brake all our rules and let people like you to bring food and wine from the supermarket in the room like in a hostel just because you cannot afford a decent meal in a restaurant. It was written VERY CLEARLY that we are a villa not a hotel and at 5 stars a villa do not have to have tissues in the room and coffee facilities-European regulations is saying this. In your room was a minibar with plenty of water-4 bottles ,maybe you have been afraid to touch it.(1 bottle of 500ml=2 euros) The coffee machine from the dinning area was for all clients use and everybody understood this excepting you. When you do not afford to pay 1 euro for a bus ticket and you want to walk of course 2 km are a long way. You should travel more in decent places and you will find out that every car park cost, we bought the land,we pay every year taxes for it,we illuminate it,we clean it and we have cameras for safety on it. Do you expect all this for free?

Hello, Thank you for your impressions but we have to make some corrections-we never advertised as having whirlpool in the room,it is written very clearly on our site that we have hot tub-no whirls.

Stimata domnisoara, Pe site scrie foarte clar ca o camera se inchiriaza pentru 2 persoane adulte si maximum 2 copii iar dumneavoastra ati venit 3 persoane adulte si aveati pretentia sa platiti acelasi pret si sa incalcam regulamentul. Tot pe site este specificat pretul,faptul ca hotelul nu are restaurant si ca parcarea costa 4,5 euro/zi. In cazul in care nu va permiteti aceste preturi,nu credeti ca era mai corect sa alegeti un alt hotel-pe masura posibilitatilor dumneavoastra? Daca ati mai fi calatorit vreodata ar fi trebuit sa stiti ca parcarea nu poate fi inclusa in pretul camerei-ar fi un abuz fata de cei care nu vin cu auto propriu si nu ocupa un loc de parcare. In toata lumea civilizata parcarea costa si este cuprinsa intre 10-43 euro/zi.(vezi Aro Palace-Brasov,Hilton Bucuresti,Marriott Bucuresti,Martinez- Cannes)
